3.00Hello, we had a big bus tour experience, and a very rude bus driver. We bought a 24 hr pass we road yesterday with a nice man that seemed to love life. We got in yesterday with all of our luggage a baby and my preschooler. I had a double stroller, with luggage underneath. Stuffies, a cooler, blanket, two suitcases... everything loaded up. The man yesterday was kind made us laugh and told facts about the stops. (The man today hated his job, had on a frown.. and exploded unprofessionally at us) Today...( the man in the photo attached) upon us walking on the man said that it wouldn't fit that we needed to fold it. I told him no, it does fit and went on the bus. It fit right where the handicap area was. Just like the day before. No signs posted about a stroller policy. We got situated and went up top. A woman then came and found us and said that the man wouldn't leave until we folded it. MALE ego, I could spot a mile away. She said he wouldn't move the bus until we folded it. Mind you by folding it and unloading our stuff it took up more space. As well as wasted time of everyone on the bus. The man yelled at me and said he told me to fold it. And I explained we went on yesterday, no issue. And he said that was yesterday not today. Like he owned the bus. He escalated the situation with young kids and families on board. Delaying everyone on board. There was hardly anyone on board. No issue with it being in the way and we only had a few stops. I told the man-child he had an attitude, while I was breaking down the stroller... he pouted and got off the bus saying he was calling his manager. Chicago 12:10pm. At the entrance of millennium park, (a woman witness, was working the post who was nice)

5.00Taking a Hop-on Hop-off bus is a great way to explore a city so we often do that on our city trips. This tour was very well organized where you get in many good stops to see many of the city's sights. Big plus to the drivers who drove on our tours. The only thing that was negative was the price which was a bit more expensive than most other cities we have been to.

5.00Candice was the best tour guide. Her witty commentary and bubbling personality made the experience. Even though it rained the upper deck offered a covered and excellent view. A must do for your visit to downtown Chicago.

4.00When did the 24 hour on and off which was great. Enjoyed it very much. The second day we were able to do it but downstairs was extremely hot. It seemed like the heat was on and I don’t know if he was able to turn it off.
