The seating was horrible. As a senior sitting on the tire well was horrible especially when the dog had a better seat than I did.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Big Bus Hop experience and Cadance was courteous and helpful and informative. This is a perfect way to see the downtown at a glance

Was skeptical at first about this activity after reading all reviews. We took a chance as we do this in every city we visit. We're glad we bypass the negative experiences and made our own after using this ride. We did not experience any negative situation. Buses (we had 3) had working narrative with informative information. Bus drivers and staff were very polite and helpful. Bus wait was the usual, 30m in between buses which we timed yo our hopoff activity and time spent in each. After our activity we walked to stop and bus arrived no more than 5m. It's a matter of timing and synching with bus schedules. We did the 2 days pass and no issues on either. I will say give it a try and make your own experience. Not sure if luck had anything to do with this activity but for a first time in this city, they didn't let us down.

Horrible bus tour. I thought this was a guided tour. It isn't. They give you ear buds that plays mostly music with no city info. The lower level seats only 14 so you better pray it's not cold for upper deck. It was about 120 degrees in lower level. My biggest complaint was the rude, nasty bus driver. He obviously hates his job and people. The driver was awful. Worst bus tour I've ever been on. Avoid

Couldn't find we're to get on the bus. Never made it there. Better website would have made it a lot easier
