5.00Stop number one is not actually a building or booth. So don't waste your time looking. It is a person standing next to a sign. Took a hot minute to figure that out.

3.00This is the second time that we have used the Hop On Hop off in Chicago. Both were not good. The first time, the only narration was handled by a headset. They were so full of static, it was impossible to understand. This time we had 3 different drivers. Only one of them narrated. She was excellent! The other 2 did nothing. May as well have been on a city bus!

5.00Nice way to get around, but know where the pick up points are! We were at the wrong spot, but saw the bus . We waived the driver down at a stop light and was picked up🥰🥰🥰👏🏽👏🏽appreciate it!!!!!😀

5.00Best views on top but gets windy. If less than 70 degrees bring jacket and hat. Caught bus across the street from Art Institute at noon.
