Bus took longer to arrive average 40-45 minutes. No ac inside the bus and there is. I 1 hour loop it was more like 3 hrs staff is very professional and pleasant

We had a long queue to initially start the hop on hop off tour, three buses arrived at the same time, with two more close behind, and we got on the third bus. There were two different routes which wasn't explained to us, we were on the route where we could get off and find our own way to the White House, but due to the volume of traffic and the time it took for the bus to navigate it's way through Washington we didn't have time to complete the whole tour.

It was amazing the fact we have hop on hop off made our trip easier and joyful We were able to visit as many places as we could Thanks to Big Bus!
The only bad Hop on Hop off Bus Tour which I booked through Viator. Book directly.

It was not a nice experience. We were left stranded. The second bus driver lied. I have pictures of him and the bus he was driving. Also, very rude. I tried chatting with Viator and they left me hanging on the message thread. It wasn’t a good experience. I have never used a hop on hop off bus tour like this one. It’s bad. I enjoyed all the other ones and I had never booked through Viator. Never booking this tour in any place through Viator. Shame on them not answering and leaving me hanging. I have screen shots of everything.
