3.00The buses are late quite a bit, they are supposed to come by every 20 minutes but there times we waited 30 plus minutes. Maybe it was traffic

2.00The bus tour was fine, information was fine but the conditions of the buses were underwhelming. No shade on the open top part and no ac in the enclosed area. It was actually unbearable and we decided not to use it for the second day that we had tickets.

1.00The bus was way too hot, there was no air condition that worked. Everyone on the bus was complaining about how hot Ian’s uncomfortable the tour was. The driver was very rude with no customer service. I will never ride or recommend this tour to anybody. The amount we paid for the tour was entirely too much. We were from Illinois and we were so excited about the tour, but because of the heat on the bus it was a big letdown.

5.00We had an amazing time on our trip and loved being able to hop on a bus and not have to wait to long for it. We only had one driver that left the stop fairly quickly while our son was still in the stairs, almost making him fall, but the others were great. Having someone at most of the stops made finding the spot a lot easier, and they were all very friendly.

3.00No AC on bottom deck very hot and sticky. Not all stops are wheel chair accessible. Drivers do the best they can but if you are unable to walk at all you will have to skip some stops due to city traffic and some of the buses are unable to lower properly. Even the first stop at union station requires some one to get out of their wheelchair and step up onto the sidewalk.
