2.0Ask where the next bus will be when you get off. Buses didn’t seen to have a specific spit to stop and if u are not in the exact spot, the bus doesn’t wait but a second

2.0Bus consistently very late to stops, feel like they need to add one or two more to the rotation to keep up. Audio didn’t work on 2 of the buses to hear the narrated tour

4.0The pick up stops were rarely clearly marked or visible at all. The first day after purchasing tickets, we ended up taking a taxi because we couldn’t locate the correct hop on spot. Very disappointing when you’ve got six people you’ve paid for.

4.0It is a wonderful way to see the major DC locations. The buses are not always timely nor do the drivers maintain the heat when the weather is cold.
