5.00This was fantastic. With the Hop-On/Hop-Off you not only get the opportunity to see the sights and tour the landlarks, but you can also hop-on and Hop off at shopping areas and taste the different foods along the route and then hop-on and return to the hotel or Airbnb. I would recommend the Hop-On/Hop-Off to all who would like to build their own experience.

1.00I am waiting at bus stop nr 48 more than 1 hour , and I still don’t know when the bus will come . The representative informed us that the bus wi come in 15 min.( this happened 50 minutes ago) …
Routes need to change based on traffic

3.00When the streets of London are busy, you may be stuck not moving for over an hour. The bus company should alter their route when traffic is so bad. We missed our lunch reservation and we barely moved for 90 minutes. No food or toilet available just sitting not moving.

3.00Selected Big Bus over the others as the reviews appeared to be better. In general, the buses came on time following the advertised frequency. The app to track the buses is fair useful, but the timings didnt appear to be accurate. Specific to the Green route, we noticed that the timings in the app were different from what the buses were actually doing. We wanted to catch the first bus at 9.22 based on the app for station 52, and reached at 9, but it appeared the bus was already making its way off. As the Green route frequency is lower, we had to wait till almost 10 for the next bus. There was also one instance when the bus was not transponding on the app, and we missed it (we saw it rolling down the road) as we were still walking to the bus stop. Other than this, the buses were clean and not too crowded.

1.00Avoid these at all cost, first driver merely grunted at us but let us on. Well....the red line driver he was something else!!! He stopped and opened the door, it was raining so hard so I stepped on...he screamed at me to get off, I politely stood to one side to let one lady off, all the time he was screaming and rolling his eyes, he eventually looked and I showed him our barcode stored in my Google wallet, he scanned it and said its redeemed it won't work, my husband said course its redeemed its a hop on hop off all day, he asked if its active, we had no clue what he meant and could he make it clear, he started shouting at us asking us to get an active ticket and that we were shouting and him and screaming at us to get a ticket, I had to pull my husband away as the bus driver was becoming aggressive for asking what he meant, I know that we would be the ones arrested for the sake of a vile horrible driver. Never again will I use these.

4.00It was a good experience traveling on the hop on Bus. However if one plans his itinerary and places to visit well the locations are walkable with selected use of public transport Little overhyped and priced
To flee: Endless waiting for the bus in the cold to be able to visit nothing.

1.00Unfortunately there are not enough buses in circulation for customers who have bought their tickets. The bus stops but does not pick you up because it is already full. On the app the next bus announced 20 minutes later arrives 3/4 later also full on the previous one. You have therefore waited more than 1 hour in the cold and you have not yet started your circuit. On the other hand, many buses from other companies passed and they had room. To try to see some of London's must-see places we had to take the taxi. And of course nothing is refunded. We had already used Big Bus in other big cities and had been very satisfied. Run away.

1.00We never got to go My wife got sick and we have asked to use our ticket on another day and are waiting to hear back from the tour operator
