4.0The commentary on the bus was great.... We did wait 45 minutes for a blue line one morning, and some of the bus drivers are less than friendly. Some of the stops are hard to find using the app. Overall a decent tour.

2.0The buses were very sporadic and wait times were longer than advertised. While on the green link, the bus stopped inexplicably and did not move for 20?l minutes. We were then told it would not be moving again for 20 more minutes. We were never told there would be a break. We had to get off and find alternative transportation to where we were heading. I have always had positive experiences with big bus in other cities but London was definitely not worth the cost.

1.0This was advertised as 24/7 hop on hop off bus. Not even close to being the case. We wasted a lot of money buying tickets that we never got to use because the busses don't run in the evening.

1.0We saw 1 bus the entire time and ended up booking an uber. That one bus was just driving by btw. We tried in several spots to find one at a stop, but never caught one. We didn’t use the pass once.
