3.00City River cruise was great. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Snacks and drinks on board great way to see London. Big Bus hop on hop off started out well with friendly, helpful staff and ear buds to listen to the audio tour. Then about three quarters of the way through the employee at the stop left and no bus showed up. Three other tour operators’ buses came by two or three times and still no Big Bus. I ended up walking and using the Underground for the rest of my day. Disappointing for sure.

5.00H very good customer service, I'll definitely do the Bigbus again. He explained the tour properly. He gave us advice and how to get to Marble Arch we were very confused at first.
I would highly recommend to big bus tour to all my friends and family

2.00No bus schedule and could not get home from the western part of route. The narration on the 2 legs we WERE able to “hop on” was just fine, and we wished the busses could be more frequent and reliable. Overall- way too expensive for 2 short bus trips.

1.00I’ve never been d so bored in my life. The irritating recording you need to listen to learn about London is painful! The traffic was horrendous!! The red tour took over 7.5 hours! What a waste of fuel!! Do not bother! You are better off hiring a taxi driver and ask them to take you to the sights you want to see and not a bunch of BS!

1.00Pay 129 dollars, pass for two.people,.it's not worth it, in the end.just.I went up to Buckingham Palace and Kensington everything else walking around seeing beautiful places. As for the narration they offer in several.languages is very informal they do not provide valuable information. Better a free tour there are very good and discover London in a better way. The metro and bus system is very friendly,.you can do without this tour especially this Big bus that also does not appear very often every 40 minutes or more or there are unserviced buses at the whereabouts unlike other tourist buses. In short it's throwing money
