2.00Our experience was frustrating and disappointing. While we waited at various stops, we saw multiple buses from other companies come and go—meanwhile, Big Bus was nowhere to be seen. Other tour companies had representatives at nearly every stop to assist passengers, but Big Bus had no one available. At the one stop where we finally found a representative, we were told it would be faster to walk than wait for the next bus. That pretty much sums up the experience—unreliable service and poor support. Definitely not worth the time or money.

3.00We enjoyed the day tour and the boat cruise. The night tour was dreadful as no seats up top so stuck in the bottom with a miserably loud audio system. It was so loud and crackly we could barely hear the words we asked for them to turn it down and they did but no better. For the night tour it’s an employee doing the commentary and they should change it pre- recorded like the day as with the headphones is way better. It was so uncomfortably loud and crackly we actually got off with other patrons about 40 mins into it.

1.00My experience was awful. I purchased based a 48 pass for my London Trip. 13 & 14 Jul. I did not ride the bus on the 13th due to 10K marathon blocking almost all travel until 1600. When I went to get on the bus on 14 Jul, the ticket was no longer available for use. Not what I would expect from a 48 hour Ticket. I had to pay again on the spot for a 24 hour hop on hop off bus ticket. BLUF: I ended up paying twice, and should not have had too. If there is a rule you have to travel on the first day of the 48 hour pass or you lose the ticket, it needs to state this before you purchase the ticket. I requested a refund for the 48 hour Hop on Hop off ticket I was not able to use, but have not heard anything back. Hope this can be resolved.

5.00You get to see London in about 3 hours. Ideally for a short visit. We got to see all the main attractions from the upper deck.
