Tune in to our pre-recorded commentary, available in 8 languages via complimentary headphones. Red Route Tour strats from Stop 1 at 09.45am and the last tour from Stop 1 is 17.30pm. Customers are advised to visit our website or download our app to find out more about updated service information. Your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board.

1.00The Big Bus was absolutely terrable. They do not announce the next stop. Also they stoped at places with no Big bus signs. Drivers are very unfriendly.We were at thr Musee D Orsay 2 buses did not stop to pock is up we had to wait 40 minutes for a bus to stop. It was a totall waste of money. We will never use them again.

3.00Good way to tour the city with interesting audio, however, by closing at 5:30 pm, there is not enough time to do much hopping on and off. The website for booking tickets would be more helpful if it included the printed map and also the address of the information office/first pick up spot before the Louvre. Tour doesn’t always follow the map - my husband and I planned to get off at Stop#6 but our bus drove from Stop#5 directly to #7. So we stayed on for a second tour, this time it went to #6 but we had to rush to get off, the driver stopped for less than 30 seconds letting 2 people on and became quite angry and rude towards us trying to get off.
