Great way to see the city. Takes you all around the city and stops at main locations. Comfortable and you can listen to the history.
Over crowded buses not worth the money.

My flight was delayed so I tried multiple times to contact someone and got no responses. Finally on the next day I got to a Big Bus Office and was able to activate my account. The bus available was so full people were standing up and it was hrs to see anything.

The link you sent in the text message to get my ticket didn't work. I spent about 45 minutes trying to contact someone. Most of the drivers were not very helpful in providing correct information about trans from one route to another. We were given infor.; got off bus and walked to location given only to be told by the driver of that bus that he was off duty and was directed back to direction we came from. We could never get information on the departure time for the river cruise so we were not able to use that part of what we paid for. We were told by one driver that we would be given our tickets at the boat. Not a good experience at all. I will not use your services in my future travels.

This is a fabulous way to see the city and to learn about it while you are! We did this with older parents and our kids and we all enjoyed seeing Paris this way!
