Lịch Hoạt Động:You can hop on and off from our Paris Red Route tour from 10 different stops. Buses run every 10-20 minutes. Tune in to our pre-recorded commentary, available in 9 languages via complimentary headphones. Red Route Tour strats from Stop 1 at 09.45am and the last tour from Stop 1 is 17.30pm. Customers are advised to visit our website or download our app to find out more about updated service information. Your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board.

1.00Viator, the company I booked the tour with, messed up with my e-mail address, and I didn’t receive my tickets until the morning of the tour after I had phoned the the Company in the US. When we boarded the bus, both upstairs and downstairs seats were full. For the next few stops we had to stand next to the driver. Restricted view all round! As a person who is hard of hearing and wears hearing aids, the tour commentary is broadcast through ear buds issued free and linked by QR code on iPhone. A person like myself cannot use ear buds because I need to have my hearing aids in operation at all times. So, for me, no commentary was accessible. Big Bus Co should review their inclusion policy immediately. To access the commentary with the QR code is not straightforward and impossible if you have to stand in the aisle of the bus. Surely these buses have a seating limit? No customer should have to stand throughout the journey. There is an obvious safety issue here. I will never travel on this kind of city tour bus again and I would advise others to avoid Big Bus tours in Paris. Not worth the money,

5.00It was a fantastic experience and much of it owes to the driver Souhila T. That was absolutely fantastic! A great sympathy, super attentive, who advised us the best ways and what we should see, super attentive! With all the certainty that the next time we go to Paris we will choose the Big Bus and much is due dear Souhila! Thank you for adding more magic to our family trip!

1.00There were no clear signs on where one could board the bus. It took us 1.5 hours to find the Big Bus hop on spot only to find a note that the stop had moved! Poor experience!

2.00We were really looking forward to the Big Bus tour. However, there were only 2 seats left upstairs which was not a problem until we realised that one of the controls was broken and would not accept the headphone connection so missed out on the commentary. The tour itself would have been fine for us if we’d just stayed on for the whole tour. However we decided to get off at Notre Dame and when we got back to the stop there was a long queue. When the next bus came people just pushed forward from different directions and boarded the bus, some at the front and some at the back. It would have been helpful to have staff there on a busy Saturday afternoon to facilitate boarding and alighting the bus. When we eventually got on the second bus to arrive following similar chaos, we were packed in like sardines. We couldn’t see any of the sights and were unable to plug in headphones for commentary. Too many people had access for the number of spaces- more buses needed. Could have been great if better planning and organisation was in place. Maybe we were just unlucky!
