2.00It was only OK. You could of been on any bus going round the streets. We paid for the red route, did not inspire us to go on the yellow route and we saw people queing for the night time tour but it was still broad day light, so unsure how all the fireworks worked out. Been on the same tours in other places with more significant land marks and far more to see.

1.00I had tickets for 2 days went 2nd day headphones didn’t work driver would not give me a replacement headphone. He you only get 1 per ticket even after I give him the broken set,he was nasty about it I even offered to pay him.

1.00The Big Bus could not get my voucher to work. Had to buy new tickets on board. Have requested refund from Viator. We will see if they give me my money back. Just buy tickets on the bus directly. Easier.

2.00The daytime ride was great. I was very disappointed by the night tour. They changed the route as we were standing in line. I chose the night tour based on the light show at the gardens by the bay. Due to traffic, we rode down Orchard St for the Christmas lights. They were beautiful, but our hotel was on that street, so we had already been to that area. We did enjoy ourselves but it was not what we signed up and paid for!

3.00The bus tour was not as good as expected. The commentary was repetitive, stops were not included in the voice tour. Where to claim your pre purchased tickets/bus was not included. Map quest sent us to the main terminal which was about 2 miles away when there was a bus stop 2 blocks from our hotel. So overall not a good experience for this bus tour.

3.00Good coverage of city. Most annoying was no sign on stops to say Big Bus here. I spent lot of time walking to find stops. Enjoyable when on bus.

5.00We have a wonderful time on the Big Bus Singapore using both the yellow sndcred route! The city looked stunning at night, and the highlight was the beautiful light show at Gardens by the Bay truly magical. Our driver was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, and shared lots of interesting information that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get a good tour guide ❤️
