5.00Awesome staff. Very positive. Captain Aiden was very interactive and a good driver. Bonus, captain did an intro to announcements and information. We were humming (laughing) his song mimicking sounds :doooo dooo dooooo dii doo for days after the trip. Gave great recommendations for food/ visits/etc. Thanks Kiwame and Elao

2.00I booked on the day for this tour through Viator and realised immediately after booking that I had selected the no snorkeling option instead of the manta night snorkelling. I immediately called Viator about amending the booking and they said I needed to contact the tour company as it was within 24 hours of booking, they also sent a message to the company about amending the booking to see if they could sort it for me. I contacted the tour company and they said they could help when we came in on the night. When I came in on the night I was shocked they charged me 60% more on top what I had paid for the whole trip on Viator when there has only been a $9 difference per person between the two options on the booking site I booked on. We were quite taken aback by this up charge amount, especially when I had tried to sort out the change following mistake when booking that date. When we actually got out in the water, the boat was fine and the staff in the water were knowledgeable. However my partners gear was faulty and the snorkel part constantly had water coming in and he couldn’t really enjoy the experience because of this as he was taking in sea water. He got really sick from all the salt water he took in while in the water. He asked for fresh water when we got on the boat as we had seen they have given it to another person because he was unwell but the person on the boat didn’t take the situation seriously and took quite awhile before they gave it too him and he was feel so ill from it so was just not a great experience because of this. We went snorkelling with another company the day before so we know that there was an issue with the gear he was given as we had no issues with our other snorkel experience. Although it was great to see the manta rays, the faulty snorkelling gear kind of ruined the experience for my partner.

5.00This was a fun activity for all ages. It was very easy to get on and off the boat. The tour crew was super nice and seemed happy to be there. The boat was clean and in working order. They went out of there way to find other sea animals in addition to the snokeling site. Most surprising was the lunch. There was plenty of food for everyone and it was actually good. The sandwiches were fresh with premium ingredient. They also prepared fresh grapes and pineapple which hi the spot after snorkeling.

5.00We LOVED this experience. The crew were welcoming and entertaining. Jordan was very nice and we had great conversations. The food was great and the snorkeling was amazing! We were even able to rent go pros for an affordable price. I would do this again! Must do
Full boat of 21 tourists and the unanimous decision was that it was a superb Big Island experience!

5.00Thank you Captain Ula, and First Officer Kiwami for such a fun boating/snorkeling adventure (with lunch) yesterday, May 5th, 2026. Within SECONDS of exiting the harbor (still at slow speed), we encountered a pod of dolphins swimming around our boat, welcoming us to THEIR ocean environment. You gave us SO MUCH info on dolphins! I might have to google some if that because you clearly stated that if you didn't know an answer, you were very capable of making up an even better one! HAHA! We continued on our way to the snorkeling site with that boat reaching a very impressive, fun, and bouncy top speed! Snorkeling was amazing as the reef was inhabited by SO MANY SPECIES of colorful fish, and the coral had lots of variety as well! Snorkeling is a favorite sport of mine and here you could easily large schools of fish while just floating on the surface in shallow water, or swim down and join them in their environment in deeper water. You gave us a large area of shorline to investigate from the "brown sign" on the left, all the way to where the cliffs start on the right, and I covered it all numerous times. Lots of good exercise in a very fun environment! Back to the boat, the two of you provided us with a wonderful lunch followed by a slower trip back with a few stops to here & there (for "story time" as you called it) to learn about points of interest along the shoreline. Such a fun tour! Thank you again, Ula and Kiwami for PERFECTION, every step of the way!
Fun boat day

5.00Bryce and his crew made sure we had the best time in his boat. They were all such a fun group to go on a boat ride with. We started out pretty much on time and we're on water for 4 hours. The ride was so good, we saw dolphins a few times (they rode alongside us at one of the cave stops). We only did the ride along and didn't snorkel as we both are not great at swimming, but they made everyone comfortable. The sandwiches, and food/snacks were plenty good. Overall a very fun and memorable boat day in the ocean. If we come back to Big Island in future we will definitely try and book with these folks again.

5.00Bryce, Kaiden and Noah did a great job. The only thing I would suggest is keep a few sandwiches put away because if you put all the food out people will turn into savages and eat more than their share. I spent a lot of time snorkeling and there was very little left. That was okay though . It was a very fun trip.

5.00Bryce and Noah were excellent guides and we had a great time. I would go again on this same tour and would recommend it to others. It was family friends, a nice lunch, snacks, water/sprite, and we saw lots of dolphins on the way to the snorkel site.
