Guggenheim Museum Bilbao
The Museum's central atrium acts as a hub for visitors, with three floors of galleries branching off from it. Catwalks, glass elevators, and stairs link these galleries, creating multiple viewing angles of the exhibitions. In total, there are 20 exhibition galleries. This design, with the atrium and catwalks as connecting elements, makes navigation within the museum straightforward, despite the building's complex exterior. Beyond the exhibition spaces, the museum also offers a 300-seat auditorium, two restaurants, a café, and a shop/bookstore.

Amazing architecture

5.00This is absolutely worth visiting if only solely for the architecture which is amazing. We actually walked from the Plaza Circular along the river to the Guggenhiem Museum taking in all the sites along the way which was great. I must admit my highlight was when we turned the corner and was confronted by the huge spider construction it really made the walk work while. Although the were lots of people walking around it did not feel crowded. You can also get some get views of the museum and the spider if you walk around and up onto the bridge and look down onto the area for some great photo's

5.00easy to get to with Public Transport take your time see everything . it’s Art so some things might be your flavor some might not, but enjoy it all

4.00The building was AMAZING! When we went in to drop off our coats, the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, by the end of the day, they literally THREW our coats at us! They could not wait till we visitors had gone! This was in February... I'd hate to deal with them in the busy Summer Season!

2.00Very hard to find tickets in the ViaTour system. It took us 45 minutes working with the museum help desk to finally locate tickets.

3.00That with Viator it costs twice as much to buy the Museum tickets and it is better to buy them directly since there is no additional benefit

3.00Wasn’t the experience. The tour guide didn’t refund the tickets as I booked Guggenheim in NYC. I wasn’t in Spain and obviously couldn’t make the appointed time. I know there was no refund but really?

2.00The Viator experience was not good. Didn't receive QR codes so couldn't get entry ticket at museum. Had to contact Viator and after a wait eventually got through to someone who arranged for the QR codes to be emailed to me. Would recommend booking direct with museum rather than the experience I had.
Ripped off ! I booked this online and paid £53 for two

2.00I booked and paid £53 for 2 tickets only to find that the entrance fee is only €15 each. Not only that, I did not and could not download my tickets so I had to call the company to email my tickets.

1.00for 19.90euro I booked an entrance ticket to Guggenheim; and paid with my credit card. I was not sent a ticket the amount was from my account. on 1 Oct by viatortripadviso ruk with description . LONDON GB feel I can't trust any amounts !!(Josee Coussement.) So what is Tripadviser doing to investigate and prevent this?

4.00very nice museum, however I did not see EL PERRO and LAS TULIPANES which were in under renovation Too bad we can't get free access to all the rooms even though we've already paid for admission!
