Maximum Weight Limit: 240 lbs PER ONE GUEST | up to 425 lbs COMBINED PER KAYAK
Minimum age is 6 years old | Participants Age 6-13 must be accompanied by an adult on the same kayak. Participants 14-17 must have an adult participating on the tour.
Wear Comfortable clothes that can get wet (bathing suit shorts), shoes that can get wet (flip flops / water shoes), bring a towel and change of clothes (for after the excursion).
Odd number parties will be assigned on double kayaks during the tour.
Bring your cell phone during your travel (in the event that we need to contact you, or you need to contact us prior to the excursion)
This excursion requires a minimum of at least 6 total participants in order to provide the tour. In the event this minimum is not met, we will call 1-2 days prior to the excursion to go over alternative options (i.e. reschedule for a different date or time that has the minimum requirement, payment options for a private excursion, or cancel without penalty)
For safety reasons we requiere all guests are able to communicate in English or Spanish.
Not recommended for travelers with back, neck, wrist, arm, leg problems, recent surgeries / injuries and/or cast.
Not recommended for travelers who are prone to panic attacks
Not permitted for pregnant travelers

5.00Kayaking experience was Great. I cannot swim at all and the team was very very helpful, starting from Miguel, but Lori was the best. She was very attentive and was very helpful making sure we are safe. Thank you for the great experience. You are the best.

5.00This experience was great! I really appreciate how when we were weighed the guide said “perfecto”. They also bring tarps to cover yourself with in case the bioluminescence isn’t as bright so you’re able to see it. Keep in mind you will get wet from waist down and you have to be able to row for about 45!minutes at a time

2.00The kayaking part was fun. They were very clear with instructions and helped with the process. But when it came to looking for the bioluminescence, they didn’t give us much opportunity to do so. They had us look under a tarp to see if we could find it, but we could only see a small amount, and there was no opportunity to look along the tree lines for the real thing like the other groups did. They said something about the moon being too bright, but it was very cloudy, and we could’ve waited, again like the other groups did. Very disappointing experience, especially with the cost. Would not book with them again.

4.00We had a really great time, the experience was seamless. The guides were all great and led us well. Didn’t mind the smell so much once we were on the water. It was really fun to kayak in the dark. The bioluminescent could have been stronger but that is dependent upon a lot of factors. Overall I would do it again and recommend it to others. Thank you!

1.00The first set of directions took us to the wrong place, once we arrived it was unclear which provider to use. And it smelled like feces. We were told to be there a minimum of 20 minutes early. And yet at time they are still not open. Terrible experience do not recommend.
