Pearaing Biodiversity Conservation Center is a peaceful home to hundred species of wetland and water birds, reptiles and mother fish. The center is located 13km southeast of Siem Reap provincial town and is the closest Bird Watching area in Siem Reap. Special for bird watchers and nature lovers.

Pearaing Biodiversity Conservation Center
If you love nature and birds, Boeng Pearaing bird sanctuary would ideally be the best option. The boat excursion slowly cruises around one of Tonle Sap’s potential wetland and allows you to observe various threaten waterbirds that migrated from different parts of mangroves around Tonle Sap Lake. By car passing huge beautiful rice paddies dotting with palm trees, the journey is inspired by a short walking tour at local market.

5.00A brilliant afternoon. The guide was very knowledgeable and had some very clear bird recognition charts for us to look at. She also explained about the local waterways and how this effects the birds, fish and the people living in the floating villages. We saw many species of birds, particularly the large varieties, beginning to roost for the night.

5.00The sunrise on Tonle Sap.lake was a great experience. Seeing how the birds rise up and sing and fly was amasing. We had the xhance of having a passionate wild nature lady guide, Seki, and we thankmher for her energy and knowledge sharing.

5.00what a tour, the tour guide Parith and driver lilly were amazing. Parith is such a wonderful guide, full of knowledge and very nice person to be around. it is a highly recommended tour for birds' lover. i highly recommend that you pack your breakfast so you can enjoy it in the shed which is in the middle of the river. I really can not thank them enough for the great day we had

5.00It was soooo good bird watching trip! We saw lots of species of birds despite the bad weather. All the people who were with me that day are excellent specialists! Thanks to them I visited this wonderful place and was able to see and take good photos of birds that were interesting to me. Will miss this great team. Had a great pleasure
