You will learn so much from Chef Regina. It is a very personal, informative experience. Classes are limited to eight guests. You get to eat a wonderful brunch with new friends.
You are welcome to bring any alcoholic beverage you like. If you let Regina know what set ups you need, she is happy to provide those. Bottled water and juice is available for all classes.
You will also leave with a special gift from Chef Regina. Her Tea towel with her biscuit recipe printed on it and a biscuit cutter.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Chef Regina's Biscuit and Brunch class on Saturdays at 10:am is the most popular class. You learn Regina's biscuits, how to oven smoke tomatoes, make a perfect béchamel which is the base for shrimp and grits in a smoked tomato cream. French omelets with Boursin and mushrooms. Everyone eats this wonderful menu together. Bring your champagne for mimosas or vodka for bloody Marys. Just let me know what kind of set ups you need.

Regina is personable and gives excellent tips and techniques. She’s fun and a phenomenal chef. The food was to die for!!!!! Best homemade flaky biscuits ever! Our group LOVED the experience.

My daughter and I spent a wonderful morning on this adventure to celebrate the end of her chemo treatments. We both are from south Louisiana and love to cook. Given that, we still picked up some very useful new tips. We took part in creating a tasty brunch and consuming the fruits of our labor. The meal was not only a taste delight, the company and chatting along the way was equally delightful. We would very much recommend spending a morning on this adventure to anyone.

It was the highlight of our girlfriend trip. Regina is a delight, and her recipes outstanding. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. The brunch was delicious, and everyone walks out with all her recipes they just enjoyed eating and the knowledge of how to re-create her world-famous biscuits.

This is an Absolute Must Do Experience for your Natchez Historical Tour ! ♥️ Chef Regina is a Natchez Treasure ! Her Biscuits & Southern Brunch were The. Best. we’ve ever had ! French Omelettes, Gulf Shrimp & Grits, a Smoked Tomato Béchamel Sauce & Our Ahhmazing Biscuits. But her teaching, her stories & her person… are the real way to experience the epitome of southern charm and hospitality ♥️ I also Learned So Many cooking tips & tricks ! Chef Regina is so relaxed and relatable and so willing to share her vast experience with everyone! I believe that it speaks to her lifelong passion & gifting for all things food & hospitality. We also enjoyed meeting everyone who had signed up for the class. A father and daughter who are local and have known Regina for years ( she catered his wedding!) 3 ladies from Louisiana celebrating a birthday ! A professional couple from Texas. And Us ! It was a great group.
