3.00Worth going to see, but what you are paying for really is the transportation. Tour guide quickly lost us in crowds. They handed out headsets...that didn't work. We got very little information or knowledge during the trip. This was one of 3 tours taken while in London and the headsets failed on all three tours! The other two, however, they were able to repair during the day.
The things we wanted to see at Blenheim were closed.

3.00Simon was fantastic. And all that was within his control he did well. However, was disappointed not able to see the interior of the Palace because it had been remodelled for the Wizard of Oz exhibition. This should have been made clear at time of purchase as we had no interest in the exhibition and wanted to see the interior of the Palace Also disappointing that the gardens were not open as closed for preparation of a light display. Again this should have been made clear at time of purchase. So the two things we wanted to see - the interior of the Palace and the gardens - we were not able to see.

5.00Great experience. Guide (Andy) was knowledgeable and most helpful in ensuring a smooth and wonderful experience. Interesting take with the Wizard of Oz theme at Blenheim Palace, Christmas Fair had a good variety of stalls, and nice sights at Bourton on the water.

5.00It was a great trip. Kevin, our guide, was very friendly, accommodating and entertaining. He was able " to think on his feet" and come up with solutions when needed. Clive, our driver, did an excellent job of getting us where we needed to go. The Cotswolds is a beautiful area and well worth seeing. This is my second trip to England and I've gone on Evan Evans tours each time. The guides are great and the coaches are very comfortable. If you want to feel well looked after and have safe, reliable service, call Evan Evans.

5.00During the Christmas season it is impossible to see and appreciate the historic and beautiful interior of this building due to the overwhelming Wizard of Oz decor. Our tour guide ,Manon , was outstanding. The tour company had mixed up our tickets and did not have a ticket available for my husband. It was the end of the day and no one was going to do anything about it . Manon tried unsuccessfully to connect the tour company and Blenheim to work out why we were one ticket short . When it became apparent that they were getting nowhere and only eating up our limited touring time Manon stepped up and paid for the ticket with her own money not knowing if she would ever be reimbursed. It’s rare to find such a responsible adult in the world today. The company should be proud to have someone like her representing them. We really appreciated her kindness and generosity and certainly hope the tour company will reimburse her.
