Sydney Zoo – Sydney’s newest zoo is located on our way to the Blue Mountains. This is a great opportunity to meet Australian wildlife such as Kangaroo, Koala, Dingo, Wombat, Tasmanian Devil, Echidna and more. You can also meet African and Asian animals! (Cheetah, lion, Red Panda, Elephant, Sumatran Tiger and more).

It’s an efficient tour with no time wasted , thumbs up! We managed to watch all the sights advertised Bruce is an approachable tour guide and covered some history with clarity!
Last minute booking but was worth it!!

Bruce was a super experienced and fun guide to tour with! Even though he arrived 20 min late to my pick up, i was sent a heads up message at 10 mins past so i was not left in the dark. He apologised about his mistake but it was all good as it didn’t impact the tour schedule. Had a lovely experience and learnt a lot! In between the drives Bruce clearly explained what to expect on the tour, shared backstories which were educational. He did say depending on weather conditions the sights that they choose to see, especially around Blue Mountains, can change. I experienced slightly rain and wind in the afternoon but it was manageable. Wear decent warm layers if you are coming during Autumn/Winter.

Highly recommend, our guide Bruce was friendly, obliging and knowledgeable. The tour included great blue mountain sites. It was a very enjoyable day.

Due to heavy continuous rain, was unable to see anything on this tour due to poor visibility. This tour should have been cancelled and not to be run in rainy weather. Tour guide Les was a really nice guy, very knowledgeable, tried his best by taking us back twice to the points so we could try and see the waterfalls. Made the trip interactive as possible. Was very professional and jolly. Thank you Les 😊. To viator, please cancel this tour on raining days to avoid disappointment as alot of money was spent for this tour, especially being over 10 hours and we have come from the other side of the world. No complaints about Les! Thank you

This tour is flexible. However, when Bruce (the tour guide/driver) asked who wouldn't be joining visit the Sydney Zoo, he asked us to raise our hands and he would collect the money at the end of the tour. I was the only one who raised my hand. At the time, Bruce was still sitting in the driver's seat and only see us from the middle mirror and I was sitting in the front row close to the door, not behind the driver seat. It turned out Bruce didn't see me raise my hand. In the end, I was charged for the Sydney Zoo admission fee, even though I didn't enter the zoo and never received a zoo admission ticket. Because all the tour participants weren't given zoo admission tickets also, so Bruce had no way of knowing there was an extra ticket, and I didn't get to benefit from not going into the zoo.
