  A disaster. This tour never happened. We arrived at the docks in Capri 30 minutes early & there were absolutely no Viator signs. We went to 8 different tour boat operators all along the dock and non acknowledged any Viator boat tours or operators. I then attempted to try calling the Viator contact number 4 different times over a 1 hour period. No one from Viator ever answered my calls I ended up loosing my $186.00 USD and subsequently had to purchase a boat tour from a completely different tour operator at an additional cost which left 1 hour later and subsequently we missed our ferry ride back to the Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas ship in Naples. The day was a complete disappointment. We will be requesting a full refund through my credit card issuer. Non existent Viator customer service . This was truly a lost experience through Viator’s lack of response & customer service and the unfortunate loss of an opportunity of a lifetime that is now gone. Gil Tavares

  Had an amazing time on this tour! Mario our guide was fantastic! It was worth doing the smaller boat. We saw so much during our tour and even got to swim which was my favorite part. The whole tour was smooth sailing. Would definitely recommend on your trip to Capri.

  Our boat tour around the island of Capri was an unforgettable highlight of our trip. The caves, hidden grottos, and stunning coastline were absolutely breathtaking, and being out on the water gave us a whole new perspective of the island’s beauty. Our captain and guide (a wonderful young man whose name I regret not remembering) was both knowledgeable and incredibly kind. He shared fascinating stories and history of the area, pointed out hidden gems along the coast, and made the experience feel relaxed and personal. From the sparkling turquoise waters to the magical caves and the charm of Capri seen from the sea, this experience was pure perfection. It was the perfect mix of adventure, beauty, and tranquility — something we’ll never forget.

  We were late 10 minutes because the ferry we took to Capri was late 30 minutes and the tour left us. They didn’t text me or communicate at all and I tried to call them and the number provided on the booking for their company doesn’t work. The direction they provide on the website took us to the marina but not to the right place. When we get there they just told us the tour has left and they couldn’t give us a refund and they couldn’t accommodate us in a different time slot. I wouldn’t recommended it because there is no way to communicate them if you have any issues like it happened to us.

  Last year was amazing, so I booked the exact tour again. But this year it was different (different boat, no music ..). Was still ok. But not amazing
