  The boat Agnus dei offers a quiet walk, with pleasant ambient music. The crew is very communicative and professional. It is a smaller boat and, therefore, everything flows more serene and without storms. I recommend.

  We were excited to book a whale-watching tour with Arraial Viagens.. The website showed epic whale sightings and dramatic ocean views. What we got was a boat ride to the nearby beaches…,with loud party music but without even an attempt to find a whale. Instead of heading out to sea, the boat anchored a few minutes from shore. When we asked the crew what happened to the whale tour, they casually mentioned we’d been put on the beach tour. Surprise! We texted the agency who told us, after we were already stranded on the wrong tour, that whale-watching “wasn’t possible today.” You’d think they might’ve mentioned that before taking our money. To add insult to whale-less injury, other misled passengers that booked the whale watching tour that day with the same company were offered a 50% refund. Us? A lot of excuses on that we might accidentally stumble upon a whale and just today the boat did no good to a place where they are sometimes spotted. We were offered an opportunity for another tour. This was rather ironic since we would have loved to be on another tour and could have actually been on a real whale watching tour if we would not have booked the tour with this company and planned our travels around it. To top it all off, when we returned to shore and tried to sort this out with the agency, we found the office conveniently closed. Not a single person to speak to. It’s almost like they didn’t want to face their unhappy customers. So in short we lost our money, a full day of our trip and missed the chance to go on a real whale tour — because we booked a tour with this company. Of course, wildlife isn’t guaranteed. But here’s a wild idea: at least try to look for whales if that’s what you're selling. Arraial Viagens did not. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being scammed and lied to with a scenic view.

  I had a negative experience, we weren't warned that it's not suitable for children, we fell off the transfer gomon, because the tide was so strong. The children could drown. The adults all got beat up. We don't get even a glass of water, we get a horrible experience, zero kindness, zero kindness, zero empathy

• Cute Landscape, Bad Ride

  We could not land on the beaches due to the wind coming in from the ocean and when we went down to the water the run was taking us and we were not informed, although the boats were attentive many people had to be assisted. On the margins the landscape is very beautiful.

  Excellent walk, friendly and hospitable crew. The only negative point is the excessive advance notice of the appointment at the meeting point and the incredible delay of the departure that is not the responsibility of the service provider, but of the lack of capacity of the dock.

  Spectacular beach, beautiful place to spend the day. We left Buzios to do this tour. If you wake up too early, if you wait too long but it's worth it

  I really liked the boat tour. But the port is really busy and I think the instructions here on tripadvisor could be much more clear. (How to get the ticket, when does the boat really leave…) Thanks to the photographer girl who spoke Spanish otherwise it would’ve been pretty difficult with everyone else only speaking portuguese!

  Very receptive and dear. We did the boat ride and the diving with the operator. They were extremely helpful, great price. On the first day the Navy did not allow the boats to leave due to the weather conditions and even asked if we wanted to try to carry out the activity the next day or return the value.
