My ride from Panglao to the Seaport was great. The driver was on time and the vehicle was comfortable. There was a typhoon affecting the ferry operations and the driver used his contacts to keep me in the loop and suggested that I wait a nearby climate controlled mall instead at the pier with the stranded masses. Great ride and service.

We were catered to very well. We liked Silo. He was fun and pleasant. We asked for him for another day of tour.
