We’ll begin with Tigella, a versatile and iconic dish served as a pre-aperitivo, followed by a variety of cold cuts, cheeses, and bread from the Bologna area, paired with local wines at the city’s oldest osteria. Strolling through the historic center, you’ll enjoy two beloved homemade pastas—Tortellini and Tagliatelle—at a traditional Osteria Bolognese, perfectly complemented by more local wine.
To conclude, we’ll visit the best gelateria in town for an unforgettable gelato. This is your chance to eat, drink, and experience Bologna’s culinary traditions like a true local!

He had so much knowledge of this region and answered all of our questions. It was also really fun being part of a group from other parts of the world.

5.00This experience was one of our favorite parts of our Italy trip! Our tour guide, Roberta, was fantastic! She made us feel welcomed, shared food history and backstory to all the shops we visited, sharing insight on Italian culture, and had an obvious love of connecting with people. From starting with the “tigelle” to ending one of the oldest wine bars in history and gelato, our time was well spent and our bellies full. I would recommend this tour to all my family and friends.
