3.00The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. I was hoping for more focus on the history of the people buried there rather than the monuments. There was too much emphasis on how often the monuments were cleaned and how frequently the bushes were cut. A couple of times, the guide went deeper into the history of those buried there, and that was very interesting.

He really cares about preserving the history and being respectful of the families laid to rest at the cemetery while making it an informative and comfortable experience for tour participants

5.00This was a wonderful tour. Some of us even asked if Tim offered other tours which he does not. He came prepared with all of the things we didnt think we’d need but did like bug spray, made sure we had opportunities to use the restroom before and after and was warm and chatty en route to the cemetery. As for the tour itself, he hand selected the most interesting and beautiful monuments, but he could also answer questions about and was willing to stop at anything that caught our interest. The cemetery is quite large and we saw the most haunting and historically engaging parts of it. He really knows his hometown and his love of its people and history is very apparent. That coupled with his respect for the environment made for an outstanding tour.
