  Overrated and drinks cost a fortune. Plus they checking your bag for alcohol not sure how legal is this. Bottle of Blanca tequila Patron cost $262 . Breakfast sucks, lunch a bit better i mean taste. Beach not good at all very rocky . Not worth at all .

  Nice everything and the young " "The blessed" great.. the facilities very clean and entertaining the atmosphere. I will definitely be back on my next trip.

  Our experience was extremely disappointing and inconvenient. We were provided with incorrect gate information, which directly caused us to miss our scheduled departure. We relied on the information given to us and went to the gate as instructed, only to find out too late that the flight had already closed boarding. When we explained the situation to staff and made it clear that the missed flight was due to incorrect gate information, we were met with little understanding or support. Despite this error being outside of our control, we were refused a refund or any form of accommodation. As a result, we were forced to purchase new tickets out of pocket just to continue our travel plans. This created unnecessary stress, financial burden, and frustration. Travel is already demanding, and situations like this should be handled with care and accountability. Instead of assistance, we were left feeling dismissed and unsupported. Because of this issue, we also lost valuable time and never fully got to experience the trip as planned. The disruption affected our schedule and overall enjoyment, turning what should have been a smooth experience into a stressful one. Providing incorrect gate information is a serious mistake, and how it is handled afterward matters just as much. In this case, the lack of responsibility and refusal to resolve the issue fairly left a very poor impression. I hope this review encourages improvements in communication and customer service. Travelers should not be penalized for errors that are not their fault. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would be hesitant to recommend this service to others.

  The beach club is very comfortable, very well taken care of. The beds, offered along with the tour, are lined with white and clean cloth covers. The waiters are attentive, clean bathrooms, ok food. There is no fresh water for bathing. The beach in front of the island is charming with clear and calm water. A DJ animates the environment, but you can stay relaxed if you don’t want to participate. The boat transport was comfortable within the time of 1h travel to the island. I didn't like having to leave at 15hs, telling you have to secure for digestion after lunch, when you go back to the water, it's time to go out, sun in high, delicious water. You arrive back at the harbor at 4am with the sun still high. I think the 16hs exit was ideal for a perfect experience.

  The walk is great. Super organized company, boat slightly larger, which makes the trip more peaceful. The space is very beautiful, good structure and good bathrooms. The prices are high, but I didn't find it abusive, equivalent to what you can find in restaurants in Carthage. The beach is great for bathing. You need to have a shower with fresh water. The sound doesn't stop and is too loud. It's not a place where you'll be able to read a book and relax.

  Bring a fan because it gets very hot in the cabana. Other than that it was perfect and a lovely experience
