It was excellent service. They welcome you as a VIP: flowers, drinks, wet wipes, super friendly. The only downside is the cost, which seems excessive for a 15-minute transfer! But they do not give you an option.

No better way to travel to the resort from the airport. Flexible and professional. Our flight arrived several hours early but the transfer was still flawless.

The captain was friendly, prompt, took care of luggage and brought us to our resort comfortably and safely. However, he didn’t speak English, nor offered us any water or option to listen to music as advertised.

This was an amazing way of starting our trip to Bora Bora. Brian met us in the airport and he was so friendly, told us many stories and shared plenty of tips to make our time in Bora Bora more enjoyable. An unforgettable experience.

We used Lady Pearl for our transfers between the Bora Bora airport and Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resorts, and it was perfect both ways. Captain Bryan greeted us with a smile and kindness, and his friendly, amazing personality made the rides unforgettable. The boat was spotless, comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. Highly recommend Lady Pearl—and especially Captain Bryan!

Really enjoyed the private boat experience. We arrived at our resort at least 30 minutes before those who took the resort group charter. They were waiting for us at the airport dock and we were on the boat and off to our resort within 5 minutes of retrieving our luggage. Very friendly and courteous service.

On time, very courteous, the only way to transfer from point to point in Bora Bora. Captain provided waters and brought luggage directly to ticketing window. amazing.
