5.00This was a wonderful way to see the city! Some people in the bus were rude and wouldn’t stop talking when the driver asked them to keep it down. I wish their microphones were louder. We sat in the back and at points of the trip I couldn’t hear. I loved the tour guides ( we had 2) both were funny and informative. I felt bad I forgot my cash for tips, I had wished there was a tap and tip system to use for them. They deserved a tip! Also cards possibly with their names to mention in the review. We will recommend this tour to family and friends! Love you Boston!

4.00Really enjoyed using the Hop on Hop off bus, an easy way to get around to all the sights in the city. On the day we used it the live bus tracker was only working intermittently which was a bit of a pain. Also had to wait a bit sometimes for a bus to come. Staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable and I would totally recommend this for anyone with limited time.

2.00We changed buses 4 times for a total of 4 hours on a bus or waiting up to 45 minutes! It was awful! The guides were okay but soooo loud and one talked nonstop!

5.00a family member used a wheelchair. The office staff so helpful on the phone and they made sure there was a tour bus for us at a stop near our hotel. Shelley is a great driver guide. We spent 2 hours on her city tour, thanks to a tiny house being moved down the street. She had loads of info and was a lot of fun. She brought the energy! All of the staff and drivers were so helpful making sure the wheel chair was loaded and secure and they felt like friends, and even remembered their passengers. I highly recommend this tour!

5.00This was an excellent tour. Pudge was a knowledgeable and funny and funny guide. I learned a lot about American and Bostonian history. We got a lot of great food and entertainment recommendations from Pudge along the way. I highly recommend this tour, it is worth the money.
