5.00Each driver had their own personality, but all were so well versed in Boston history. It was an easy experience with much information.
Make sure you have time to enjoy some of the stops before purchasing tickets!

3.00We got on at 11 and had traffic delay on trolley. We had to transfer at one stop and was told to board the other trolley but was not informed we would have to wait so long before leaving which was wasted time just sitting on the bus. Plus, driver acted as if he would rather been elsewhere. Then transferred a second time then got off and did Boston Tea Party which was at 3 and by the time it was over at 4 we had to get an Uber back to return. Two of the drivers were very nice and entertaining one was not.

3.00This tour is a good way to get an overall feel for the city and especially when it is cold (which it was when we went - it was perishingly cold!) as the busses had the "windows" rolled down so it was very comfortable. What I would say is that the commentary was difficult to hear if you are at the back of the bus and to be honest, the drivers we encountered just churned the info out - as though reading off an autocue so there was no enthusiasm or clarity in their speech which again made it difficult to understand what they were talking about.

We had both Texas and Maine visitors in our group, and while we had planned to “hop on and go off” we chose not to because we did not want to miss anything our tour guide might say -from humorous tidbits to historical info to tips for hanging out in Boston! Crafty was the best! Easy to understand. Pleasant to everyone. Knowledgeable. Obviously comfortable with the material. Amazing driver. Yeah -the whole package as far as tour guides go. Will definitely go again with groups of friends who will visit New England or refer them -especially if they can ask for Crafty!

4.00Really easy and fun way to see the city in a day! We had a lot of fun. My only complaint would be that if you sit towards the back it becomes a little hard to hear the driver narrating.

4.00Hop-on, Hop-off trolley tour was great we learned a lot and it was a great way to jump off and see attractions and then easily jump back on. All of the drivers we had (3) in one day were great and super helpful to us with directions and when to be back at the pick up location.
