5.00Excellent trip because of great knowledge of Boston by the Trolley Drivers! Then the whole trip is very organized from instructions at the start, reminders about the steps, just total courtesy when driving with crazy traffic, etc! I feel like I had an outstanding time learning about Boston! My 22 year old grandson was with me and he was very impressed with the tour!

5.00The trip was very informative. We especially like our drivers Maureen and Elite. Maureen was the most knowledgeable and funny. Elite was knowledgeable as well and slowed down so we could get some great pictures.

5.00We enjoyed the tour. We left on time. Our tour guides were great; they gave us the history of all the sites and landmarks we saw. We had maps to follow along as we made our way through the tour route. The ride was comfortable and filled with lots of fun and jokes. Our first tour guide was very funny and engaging. We would certainly like to go on another trolley tour again.
Great experience! would recommend it to everyone! My 18 year old grandson loved it!

5.00Save yourself a day. So much to see and learn. It's a reasonable price, and you can get on and off trolleys as much as you need. Bus driver was knowledgeable and drove through areas I couldn't do with my car. Music was wonderful.

2.00Company say trolley come every 20 minutes but that was not case. At two different pick locations one was 45 minutes late and the other time after waiting a hours we call and they dispatched a trolley to come get us. To me that isn’t the way to visits sites when the company doesn’t pick you up to visit them.

1.00Poorly run. Not on time. We were late for everything we wanted to see & visit. We were left stranded for over an hour at Seaport. Called & employee hung up on me. Poor visibility from trolly windows. Steps to trolly are steep & difficult. Stops are not clearly identifiable. Overall, poor disappointing experience that was a waste of money & time. Can i get a refund for day 2 since we didn't return after day 1 was a disaster?

5.00Two of the three guides we had today were amazing! Charming and Sage made our trolley ride very enjoyable! The trolleys were super clean, and the whole process was very easy and efficiently run!
