Moremi Game Reserve

The safari begins in Maun, where your guide will meet you at 07h30 at a pre-arranged meeting point. From Maun you will drive through to Moremi Game Reserve, one of the best wilderness areas of Botswana which covers swamp and dry areas. During a short break en-route, your guide will give you a full overview of your safari. The next three days will be spent searching for the wide variety of wildlife and birds that this area is renowned for while absorbing the sounds and beauty of this region. Game drives in the early morning as the sunrises and in the late afternoon as the sun sets will be the norm. On this day you will also have your packed lunch along the way and upon reaching camp you will enjoy shower and sunset while we prepare your dinner for the night.

Moremi Game Reserve

Early in the morning you will leave camp for a game drive and explore more of what the Xakanaxa area unfolds. At some point you will have break for tea/coffee. After your break you will continue with your game drive until its about time to return to camp for lunch and siesta. In the afternoon after your siesta you will again embark on an afternoon game drive and later return to camp for dinner and enjoy sitting around the bushfire before falling asleep in your comfortable tent with the noises of animals and the bush around you.

Moremi Game Reserve

After breakfast on day 3 we will break camp and head to a different campsite in the Moremi Game Reserve where we will spend a further 2 nights exploring the Khwai area with a game drive conducted enroute. Lunch will be served and get to enjoy your siesta time before engaging on an afternoon game drive. After a day of relocating and exploring a new area, diner will be served. Stories of the day will be shared while seating around the campfire.

In the morning we will continue our search for wide variety of wildlife and birds that the Khwai area is renowned for while absorbing the sounds and beauty of the area. At some point you will break for tea/ coffee, and later return to camp for lunch and siesta. After your siesta, you will leave camp for an afternoon game drive, whereby you will cover more area and get to explorer more. We will later return to camp for dinner and share the experiences of the day sitting around the bushfire before falling asleep in your comfortable tent with the noises of animals and the bush around you.

After breakfast on day 5 we will break camp and head to a different region, the Chobe National Park. You will traverse the drier region of Savuti where bull elephants dot the plains. We will reach the camp late in the afternoon ,whereby you will enjoy the sunset view while having snacks. You may shower while we prepare the dinner for the night.

We wake up early around 0500hrs and embark on a game drive to spot the cats. Savute is a hub of cats ranging from leopards, the lions and other . Because of its hilly characteristics the Savute is an ideal breeding ground for cats hence they are a common site there. Tea/ coffee break and lunch in a picnic area overlooking the waterholes will be served. The sight of animals coming to drink there is amazing as we get to see different animals, birds coming for the precious liquid. After lunch we drive slowly trying to spot as many animals as we can with the aim to reach our camp at around 1530hrs. When we reach the camp you can take shower and have a rest after a long day in the park and enjoy the sunset relaxed as we prepare dinner for the night.

Chobe National Park

After breakfast, we pack our belongings and clear the campsite. Chobe National Park, with its diverse and striking landscapes, will be your next destination. Transfer and game drive will be conducted. Later in the evening dinner will be served and get to share your experiences of the day while sitting around bush fire before falling asleep in your comfortable tent.

Kasane

After Breakfast we will break camp and head for Kasane in the northern most corner of Botswana where you will spend the night at a comfortable lodge. In the afternoon there will be time for an evening boat cruise on the Chobe River to round off your safari experience.

Guests will be dropped off to their preferred destination either being airport, ferry or border.
