We will pick you up from Benetton store, Piata Sfatului 24 street in Brasov at 8.40 a.m.

Get ready for an adventure of a lifetime as you venture into the Bear Sanctuary, a haven for these magnificent creatures nestled in a lush forest just 2 kilometers away from Piatra Craiului National Park. With 69 hectares of natural wonderland comprising forests, streams, and ponds, this sanctuary is the largest of its kind in the world!

The next stop is Bran Castle, where your guide will tell frightening stories about Vlad the Impaler, Dracula. You will visit Bran Castle and discover the truth behind the legend!

Lunch can be arranged in Bran Village.

Visit the astonishing Rasnov Fortress on the way back to Brasov. You will have the chance to see a wonderful 360-degree panorama over Barsa Land from the top of Rasnov Fortress.

Back to Brasov, free transfer to your hotel or Brasov train station.

The upper part of RASNOV FORTRESS IS CLOSED for the moment, but we will still have some fun! We will take the CHOO CHOO TRAIN and visit the lower fortress, the panoramic platform, the outside walls and exterior court.

Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle)

On the approach to Bran village, while the castle appears through the mist like something out of a fairytale, it will quickly become clear as to why this magnificent castle is the most well-known castle in the world! Visit Bran Castle and discover the truth behind the legends! Immerse yourself in the legend of Vlad the Impaler, inspiration for the fictional Count Dracula! The castle is built on a hilltop with view on each part of the valley. The castle got its fame from the novel “Dracula”, written by Bram Stoker and Dracula movie due later directed by Francis Ford Coppola. The Bran Castle tour will show us the castle’s many well-preserved rooms and chambers. Gothic furnishings and details help set the scene for ghastly legends of all that happened here, including the imprisonment of Vlad the Impaler.

The guide, Bogdan, was so knowledgeable and was able to answer any and every question we had. We saw so many beautiful sights and found out many interesting things. We were exposed to many different scenic parts of the country we might not otherwise have known about. We would 100% book some of the other tours with this guide/company when coming back through this area.

The tour was perfect!!! Very complet and fourtunatly we had a lovely weather. You can live the authentic essensence of this region. What to say about Mimi, our guide? Woow she is an incredible person! She is so kind and she knows a lot about Rumanian history, dates, curious stories... and the most, that she enjoys her job! She is so nice and her company is so kindfull! She is so empathic and a very smart woman. We spent a lovely day with her and it couldn't be better that it was! We connected with her since the first time and at the end of the day we were so glad to spent this expirience with her. Thank you for this living!

Alex easily picked us up brought us to the three spots. He was knowledgeable, professional, and had a good sense of humor. He encouraged questions and knew what he was talking about. I had a fun time and would recommend it to anyone else. Great price too.

We had a great day with our guide Bogdan. The contact went very well, it is a friendly, efficient and very cultivated guide on the history of Romania. We learned a lot about Rasnov Fortress and Bran Castle from him! I recommend spending a day with Bogdan! Good continuation Bogdan!

Rasnov fortress was one of my highlights on my trip to Romania. Such a beautiful place, the most amazing view to the carpatians, and with really interesting stories and historical facts on the way to and in the fortress by our great guid, Bogdan. The bear sanctuary was amazing, with a great guid from the sanctuary and such beautiful animals. relletively expensive entrence but a cause woth every price!!! Than there was Bran, a beautiful, small, modest castel. A little crowded, there were many tourists, but luckily we had Bogdan, explaining with patience and passion the realli interesting story of the castle. Defently a great day on every aspect!!!

I found TDT through trip advisor and was impressed by the reviews and also with the tour guide Bogdan. I was looking for a personal trip and airport transfer and felt it would be good to have one reliable point of contact. I can’t recommend Bogdan and his company highly enough, from timely email responses, through to being prompt for all our arranged pickups. Bogdan was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and importantly as a group of girls travelling, we felt very safe. It is without hesitation that I’d recommend Bogdan to assist you with your Romanian experience. You really don’t need to look anywhere else.
