Here's the scam ... you read some great reviews and you assume you're going to get the same guide. In reality, a 3rd party contractor provides the guide for whom there are no individual reviews and, thus, you'll have no idea if you're going to get a great guide or someone lousy which, unfortunately, was what happened to us.
