We meet up Ocean front at Sans Souci Recreation Area. Upon your arrival, we guide you through the check-in process, preparing you for a rejuvenating breathwork session. Whether you choose to recline or sit upright, we engage in deep breathing for 18-20 minutes, oxygenating our bodies in readiness for an ice plunge. Following the breath work, we embark on a refreshing ice plunge, with a suggested duration of up to 3 minutes. While there's no pressure to adhere strictly to this timeframe, we encourage everyone to explore the full 3 minutes to reap maximum benefits. Our team assists you in safely getting in and exiting the ice bath, after which you are free to move around and warm up your body. However, we advise against immediate ocean immersion for at least 30 minutes, allowing your body to acclimate gradually.

5.00I tried a breathwork and ice bath session during my trip to Hawaii, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my vacation. The experience took place at Kapiolani Beach Park, which offered an incredible backdrop — sitting in an ice bath while looking out at the ocean felt surreal and calming. Our instructor, Valeria, guided the session with confidence and knowledge. She explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which helped me feel prepared and relaxed. We started with about 25 minutes of breathwork, and it made a huge difference once it was time to get into the ice. The ice bath itself lasted 3 minutes. It was intense, but the breathwork and the ocean view helped me stay fully present, turning it into a powerful and meaningful moment. The supportive energy of the group made the experience feel warm and welcoming, despite the cold. I left the session feeling rejuvenated, energized, and excited. Overall, I loved the experience and would absolutely come back again.

We felt amazing afterward which led to us having such an amazing rest of the trip. Highly recommend! And it’s right on the beautiful beach. So cool!!

5.00Unique experience, great location, great views, and very friendly hosts. Started with a few rounds of breath work which really relaxes you and then 3 minutes in the ice and I felt amazing afterward.
