Excellent tour with Betty! She gave us a detailed insight about the history of the bridge and even went a step further to help us take photos. The experience at the bridge and river was really good and is definitely a must do for anyone visiting Bangkok. Lunch was very good as well, with a very nice view of the river. We were also the only group for the tour. Definitely a 5 star experience! However the car that was provided to us was very uncomfortable for the 6 hour journey time. I removed a star for this, as a more comfortable car could have been provided.

I’m so glad we got to do this day, it allowed me to pay respects to those brave men who sadly lost their lives that eventually enabled us to live the life we now lead🥲 Our guide Oom was very knowledgable and also funny with his jokes to lighten the mood. This is a must do trip, emotional with beautiful scenery

Great tour today. A full day one but interesting and good value. War cemetery for the death railway. Very moving. Great to walk over the bridge and then a train ride along the railway for a lunch stop. Drive back to Bangkok.

Twenty-five years ago there was almost nothing around the Kwai River Bridge. Now there are restaurants everywhere, platforms have been created on the bridge (it seems to me), a huge temple has been built. The site is a tourist nigad catcher. In the past the place had no particular charm but now it is even worse. He has no charm at all. For war history buffs, the visit can be interesting. We went back to the double viaduct on stilts also called the Death Train. During its construction during the war, many prisoners of war and civilians died. Nearby there is a small cave with a small Burmese temple inside. The surrounding vegetation is beautiful and landscape is nice to see. We took the tourist train, completely out of control. The ride brings nothing. The guide steered us very badly to settle in the train: the only place you had to be installed to see the train for a few seconds on the tracks and the stilts is at the back and we were in front and on the wrong side!

Very good, it's worth visiting, the view from the bridge is beautiful, it's also worth taking the walk along the line of death. Must be marked to have a good seat on the train

We all loved this trip. Our Guide ‘Luck’ made it really special with all her knowledge and timing of everything. The transport was great. A very moving time to reflect on so many who lost their precious lives.
