  Bromo explorer organized a private trip to bromo for our family. We organized it at the last minute and they were very helpul and very reactive. Our guide Tama drove us to the bromo area. It was an amazing experience. He made our trip to bromo easy and wonderful. Thank you again Tama!

  Our guide is Ari. He is so nice, patient, considerate, and trustable. Our trip is well arranged and Ari always recommends the best viewpoint and best timing for us, so that you can always get the best experience. We guys are really lucky that the rain stopped and the clouds went away while trekking and waiting for the sunrise. We were so worried because the weather report said those days will rain heavily, but finally we saw all scenery we wanted.

  I have planned and created my own tentative for 3 months. With help from Mas Ari (Noviar) who is always ready to answer all my inquiries (due to my perfectionist haha) perfectly and sincerely, which is all travel agents should do. We are a group of six, females, from Malaysia, who spent 4 days from Surabaya to Bromo to Ijen Crater to Banyuwangi feeling safe and enjoying the trip so much. Comfortable van, flexible tentative, and informative tour guide. At a very reasonable price. (i can confirm this as I'm doing my own calculations and comparisons with other agents) Recommended for those who want refreshments due to hectic work. Will definitely book any trip in East Java in the future with Bromo Explorer. Jempol !

• Amazing and unforgettable experience at Bromo and Ijen (blue fire) with Noviar

  We are 4 friends from Italy. We booked our tour experience talking directly with our guide Noviar that has spent all the duration of our tour with us. He took us at the station of Surabaya, brought us both at Bromo and Ijen and then has left us at our hotel in Banjuwanji. Noviar has been simply the perfect guide for us, never lettings us lack anything. We strongly recommend this experience, both for Bromo and Ijen. The Bromo sunrise is something that you must see once in a lifetime, we, under the hints of Noviar have done our breakfast before the sunrise in a typical Indonesian bar and then we waited for one of the best and spectacular sunrise that you could see. After, Noviar has taken us in the Sand sea where we have taken some amazing pictures and, after, we started our climb on Bromo crater. Is not that difficult and it is a worth experience to do. The day after, at Ijen, Noviar has brought us at the slopes of the volcano where we have started our trekking. You walk until the top of the volcano and then you go down in the crater to watch the blue fire. Is not an easy experience if you are not trained and well prepared, but we strongly recommend it. You will be able to see the blue fire and the sulfurus in a wild and unique context. After, you climb back to the top of the volcano to watch another incredibile sunrise. You will be able to see the lake in the crater of the volcano that, minutes after minutes, gets clear with amazing colours. Both here and at Bromo we took amazing pictures that will bring forever in our hearts as memories. Again, I strongly recommend to do this experiences during your trip in Indonesia because are things that you cannot see in other parts of the world. Once again, thank you Noviar for your kindness and for spending these days with us as a friend.
