A private walking tour to explore one of the most historic neighborhoods of New York City – Brooklyn Heights with Dumbo and the Brooklyn Bridge. During the Tour, we will enjoy unparalleled views over the Manhattan Skyline and the New York Bay right from the Brooklyn Promenade Park. We will be walking along tree-lined streets with some of the most gorgeous townhomes in the city and we will learn how Brooklyn Heights transformed over the past 200 years. We will have plenty of opportunities for photos and to learn how this area, and the city, has changed throughout the centuries adapting to new challenges. A tour that can be equally enjoyed by first-time and returning visitors as it focuses on hidden gems, fun facts and anecdotes. To close our tour, as we cross the bridge, we will learn what it took to build the first suspension bridge in the world.

Brooklyn Heights
Panoramic walk around the Historic District of Brooklyn Heights. During our walk we will explore some of the most iconic streets and sights of Brooklyn Height including - Love Lane, Henry St, Pierrepont St, the former 4 Chimneys House and more.
Brooklyn Heights Promenade
We will walk the entire Promenade, approx. 1,826-foot (557 m) long. We will enjoy unparalleled views of the bay, the bridge and the skyline.

5.00My friend and I did Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo and The Bridge with Irene via Viator today. Irene is very organized. The day before the tour, she gave me exact location to meet and described her outfit, so I can identify her easily. She is very knowledgeable, fun loving, personable, engaging. Also she is true New Yorker, she knows a lot about NYC. We had so much fun with her. Both my friend and I would request her again in a heartbeat!

She tailored to the fact that a member in our group was not a great English speaker, so she spoke slower and was patient when we stopped to translate. She made great recommendations for pictures and kept in mind restroom and/or coffee stops due to the cold.

5.00Irene was a great tour guide... showing us around Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo and crossing the Brooklyn Bridge. The tour is a nice change from touring Manhattan and seeing what Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo is like. Crossing the Brooklyn Bridge was also nice!
