Great day trip! Our tour guide Ariana was fantastic throughout the day explaining everything in English and Spanish. Bruges was gorgeous and would highly recommend the boat cruise at the end.

Commentary from the guide was in English and French, it was annoying and confusing. It was a big group, it could have been easily divided into 2 groups. Guide had to speak very fast to do it in 2 languages. It was difficult to understand him. We did not get most of what he said. Bruno , our guide was also very rude to one of our friends, which is not acceptable.

The operator sent a single guide for English and Spanish. This means every explanation was repeated twice in 2 languages which was pretty time consuming and not enjoyable. While the places themselves are very beautiful, the guided experience was poor. The guide was not at all friendly and borderline rude. The guide can make or break a good experience and this was one such experience that did not leave us feeling good about it. The good thing though is that you get a lot of free time to explore on your own. I would opt for a different operator next time.

I've been calling since morning. They could not be reached. They left without me and tagged me as no show

This is a great way to see both cities in one day. You have guided time and free wandering time in both cities as well. The bus is clean and comfortable. Our guide, David, was extremely knowledgeable about the places we visited and super friendly.
