Discover Flanders’ two most enchanting cities and follow your guide on his walking tour way back in time! We take you to Ghent. We visit Saint-Bavo’s Cathedral, home to the world-famous Mystic Lamb painting (optional) and walk along the Castle of the Counts of Flanders, the picturesque medieval harbor and many more highlights.
In Bruges, after lunch you enjoy the view of the peaceful Lake of Love and the picturesque Beguinage. Your guide will explain the stories and secrets behind the city’s history from the Viking period until the end of the Middle Ages. You see literally ‘all’ highlights of Bruges: the Basilica of the Holly blood of Jesus, the Belfry tower, our Lady’s Church, Saint John’s hospital etc. You even have the option to enjoy a pleasant boat trip along the narrow canals, entirely organized by your guide.
Do not forget your comfortable shoes to brave the cobbled streets!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared facts, stories and checked in on individuals within the group as we went. We had plenty of time to explore on our own as well. 2.00Be warned! If your more than 2 min late to the meeting point they will just leave you on your own and make you take the train. The tour part was alright and interesting.

2.00The driver and tour guide were lovely, and I felt we had enough time to explore each city. My only issue with the tour was that it was delivered in both English and Spanish. After a while, listening to the guide switch back and forth became quite tedious. It felt like a lot of time was spent waiting for the translation, and many people on the tour seemed to check out because of it. A suggestion would be to split it into two separate tours—one in English and one in Spanish—so the experience runs more smoothly. By the end of the day, I was honestly just exhausted.

5.00Nice historical overview from a female from Spain. Bruges is very fairytale like and worth visiting even in the cold rain. Belgium weather is very hit or miss. I recommend this tour!
