Belgian regulations require the use of radio-guides on some occasions; you can use your own, 3.5 mm jack and not wireless, or buy disposable ones for 1€.

Our bus will leave us in Bargeplein. Here we will have 10 minutes to go to the bathroom. The guide will explain at what time should we be back in the bus
Our first stop will be Minnewater, also known as the "Lake of love". With the beautiful lake on the background our guide will explain the history of Bruges as well as the love story occurred in this lake.

4.00The trip was interesting, the bus was comfortable, and the main guide, Antonio, was friendly and had a great sense of humor. He gave an engaging and informative tour about Ghent. The guide in Bruges—if I remember correctly, his name was Harris—spoke with a very strong Spanish accent, and sometimes there was so much repetition that it was hard to follow the main point of his explanations. However, we had plenty of time in Bruges and even managed to take a canal tour, where the guide gave an absolutely wonderful excursion. Since we achieved our main goal—to see two cities—I would recommend this trip. Special thanks to Antonio—his smiles and positive attitude made the trip truly enjoyable! Thank you, Antonio!

3.00It was well organized , at least the bus trip. The rest of the walking tour was rushed. Some people were ignored, the guides didn’t check whether all were there. Didn’t have enough time to discover the town on our own. But convenient just to cover two towns in one day. I’ll not do it again. I’ll rather take the train and spend time on my own without getting rushed.

5.00Antonio (Junior) was our guide and he was super engaging. Really good experience. I would recommend this trip to everyone. Both Bruges and Ghent are very much doable in 1 trip

3.00Cities were beautiful. But the meeting point was far from the bus stop and the tour guides were pretty fast , difficult for folks who have small kids on strollers to match the speed. Would have been better if the meeting point after visit would have been announced on the bus itself, so folks can explore the city on their own .
Too little time! Will return for more.

5.00The day started from a motorcoach and it was a big group. Fortunately we were broken up into 3 different groups since there was a rule about how many a guide can take into Bruges. Ghent and Bruges had some beautiful and impressive historical churches and buildings. Bruges had everything, canals, a castle and tons of history. Julian did an exceptional job in Bruges for our group. He spoke clearly and was enthusiastic about explaining everything. You can tell he loves his job! Had waffles there and it was fluffy and light and the best I have ever tasted. Will definitely visit again.

4.00Good introduction to cities I did not know - will visit again. Virginia the tour guide from Buendia, the activity provider, was excellent and has a wealth of knowledge to introduce tourist to new places. Virginia used the time effectively allowing some free time to explore on your own. I feel the admission fee is a bit high for what is on offer.

2.00The driver was good, and Jorge was professional throughout the trip. Brugge is beautiful and very scenic, and Ghent is also a nice destination. However, traveling to Ghent can be quite challenging. The main issue was the lack of clear communication regarding the walking distance from the parking area. This was a significant inconvenience and should be disclosed prior to booking so travelers can plan accordingly. Overall, while the destinations are worthwhile, better transparency about logistics—especially walking distances—would improve the experience.
