Our bus will leave us in Bargeplein. Here we will have 10 minutes to go to the bathroom. The guide will explain at what time should we be back in the bus
Our first stop will be Minnewater, also known as the "Lake of love". With the beautiful lake on the background our guide will explain the history of Bruges as well as the love story occurred in this lake.

4.00Nice group of 28, not too big a group. Bruges is everyone’s choice over Ghent if you choose both cities in a 1-day tour. Bus had to park about 15 minutes away from your intended tour spots in both cities.

5.00The guide, Angie, was very acknowledgeable on her topics, with deliverance through her sweet, calm and charming personality. Would have been better if we could spend at least three hours personal free time at Brugge for proper sit down lunch, chocolate shopping and exploring the last half part of the town and especially the harbour. Ghent was great as well with site of interests more compact, the drop off and pick up point next to them made a big difference with the two and the half hours allocated including free time. Could have started the travel on time to gain at least half to one hour free time for Brugge. Overalls, still highly recommended travel package by this tour operator.

5.00All the places were incredible, specially with Antonio telling us not only history but also fun and curious facts. Not even the rain made him lose his positive attitude. He also always tried to make sure to gives us lots of recs for all tastes. Claudio, our driver was very pleasant and drove us safely for which I’m glad.

4.00It was cool to see Ghent and Bruges, but it didn't feel that special, semi cool things to see but not sure it was worth spending the whole day. The bus was ok but not as nice as others I'd been on recently and we shared the bus with other language tours. The best part for me was the castle in Bruges.

3.00Bus was good; other passengers were fine. Excursion overall was nothing to write home about. We could have had the same or a better experience on our own. The guide, Oscar, didn’t give us any information that we could not have found in multiple guidebooks. On the highways he suggested that everyone just go to sleep— he didn’t even try to describe the land or any sights we were passing; no historical facts were provided; no music or video was provided even though the bus was equipped with such, and we spent about 3 1-hr segments on the road between stops in total. He told a few cute stories in each place, but nothing noteworthy or that we really remembered after the excursion. We did not enter any historical buildings. It was sort of like: walk for 2-3 minutes; stop; 4-5 minutes of talking; repeat. Do this for an hour. “Ok, now you have 60 or 75 minutes. Go eat some chocolate or drink some beer.” Most disappointing was leaving Ghent. When we got there, Oscar said they had to stop the bus about 15-20 minutes walking to where the tour began, but that the bus would pick us up at the end. WRONG! When we met in the old town by the cathedral after our Chocolate/beer time, Oscar then told us we had to walk the 15-20 minutes BACK to where we got off the bus!! Very unprofessional!! I suggest you go with another tour company or save your money and plan your own tour.
