Our guide (Vadim) and driver were excellent. I have mobility issues, which they accommodated graciously. Bruges and Ghent are well worth the visit, which was enriched by Vadim. Neither of us could think of a thing that we would have changed about our delightful day out

Bruges was our favorite city we visited and this tour was wonderful. Efficient pickup right at our cruise port, and our guide Jay in Bruges was an awesome, fun guide and enjoyed our walk around the city to try some beer, waffles, and chocolate. Highly recommend this experience!

We had a really good experience. Our driver arrived in the morning before time and was very friendly and gave us good info about the place. He went above and beyond in Ghent and waited for us as we had dinner since our daughter was cranky. The tour guide at Brugges was really good as well. Overall we had a really good experience and definitely recommend.
Tour guides were great but the photoshoot element was misleading.

This tour was pretty decent. I would say that the tour guides really made the trip great. Our first tour guide in Brugge had so much energy and gave great information on all of the sites. He also gave a great overview of Belgium beer that led to some great recommendations. The boat ride in Ghent has the tour element for our trip and it was really great. The reason this review loses a star is because it was advertised as providing a professional photoshoot that captures the moments throughout the day in stunning quality. That was not the case for us. The driver, who was really nice, took photos of us using our own cell phones. So this is a bit misleading as you think you are getting a professional photographer using their camera during the tour, and that is not the case at all.
