Great city rich in history. Enjoyed great weather on day of our visit. Tour operator was very disorganized. We signed up for 8:30am tour; received a communication asking that we arrive between 8:15-8:40, implying tour would leave without us if we were late. Arrived at meeting point at 8:20, then stood around and sat on bus until 9am while tour operator combined the 8:30 and 9:00 groups. We paid for a canal cruise in our tour, which guide was not aware of. Another 20-30 minute wait in line to board the cruise boat- was not a private cruise, we could’ve just as easily bought a ticket ourselves and had same outcome. In short, whole experience very un-VIATOR like. Only reason for 3 stars was quality of the guides.

We had a great day exploring Bruges! After being picked up at the cruise ship, we were taken to beautiful Bruges. We enjoyed the history of the city, the beautiful swans, and the canal cruise was a highlight!
