1.00Only book this rather pricey tour if you are 100% sure that your cruise ship couldn't possibly change its itinerary here due to bad weather. If it does, especially last minute (as our cruise ship did just 14 hours before planned arrival), you will lose 100% of your rather expensive cost for this tour. On the other rare occasions this has happened to us, the tour operator graciously understood it was completely out of our control and refunded the cost. Not this one!! I let them know within minutes of the ship changing itinerary, and got told too bad - they kept the entire coat and provided no service. So, it might be fantastic, but we (and other travelers like us) will never know. Book with caution and pray for good weather. We will also be rethinking whether Viator tours are worth the potential financial risk.

5.00I’d seen photos of Bruges before, but being there was something else entirely. The narrow streets, the sound of the water, the old brick buildings, everything felt magical. The boat ride through the canals was the highlight of my trip, so serene and beautiful.

5.00We took this tour with several friends while on a cruise. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and interesting. The area itself was amazing. We had some free time toward the end to eat and revisit the areas we previously viewed. Overall, it was well worth the money.

4.00A wonderful tour and the guide was very informative. We would recommend this tour to anyone. Our only negative comment was since the cruise ship was in town the historical town was overrun with tourists.

1.00If your cruise cancels this port this tour operator JAT refuses to refund A lot of people that had booked this posted on Facebook that they too were refused refunds. Due to high winds we were told port was cancelled. ALL excursion operators say NO PORT NO PAY. NOT THIS COMPANY THEY JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY! BEWARE

4.00Lots of positives about this tour. The tour guides were kind and knowledgeable. The pickup from the cruise terminal was seamless. Once we got to the start destination (after the short bus ride), things were a bit unclear and disorganized - but things picked up after that. Beautiful city with a rich history. We were given time to do a bit of browsing/shopping on our own.

4.00Great walking tour of the city with a nice half hour canal cruise. Very picturesque. Despite the torrential rain in the afternoon, it was a very nice day and the rain just gave us a good memory to laugh about. The only negative was that we would have liked more free time in the town square. We ended up with a little over an hour which was not enough time to shop, eat a meal, or take pics. Very efficient tour operator.

4.00This tour was very fun and very informative. We could understand the tour guide. It was a lot of walking, the boat ride was awesome. We took this tour from the cruise port. We had to wait for everybody to get on 2 full buses before we could depart so we had to wait for departure 45 minutes. otherwise I would’ve gave them five stars.
