4.00I booked this through the ever-helpful Bergan Tourism Centre in the late afternoon during June '25. This tour also meets there at just before 5:00pm. As do other tours but Martin carries a notice indicating his tour, so that you will be sure. Unfortunately for him, I was then the only attendee. Good news for me because I am deaf, so I surely didn't miss anything. Martin is friendly, humourous and readily accepts questions and comments. He brings drawings & photos to illustrate the various points regarding the history & development of Bergan's part in the Norwegian fishing and trading industry; and where it stands nowadays. It is an interesting tour and (at one hour) gives the tourist a reasonable insight into the Bryggen/Bergan history.
