Welcome to the dark side of Bucharest. Close to the Old Town and even in the place where you are having fun in the evening, there are strange things happening. Be aware, there might be some uninvited “locals" joining us for this tour. As this place was inhabited more than 2000 years ago, the city has been a witness to many deaths, murders, mysteries and, if you pay attention, you will hear the voice of the underworld almost everywhere. The tour tells stories of haunted houses and places and of the horror mythology or Romania, an inspiration for the vampires. Oh…let’s not forget Dracula, he also seems to be present here, given his very strong connection with the city and its past.
The tour includes stories from the guides knowledgeable in folklore, mythology and supernatural. They are not costumed and they are not actors performing scary scenes

5.00Rares was a great guide very enjoyable tour discovered places we would have never found on our own. Very interesting evening covering lots of different stories Rares was fully engaging and knowledgeable.

5.00Bogdan was full of knowledge and lore from the area and Bucharest itself. Would be very interested to do deeper dives into many of the places he talked to us about! Definitely recommend (but dress warmer than you think - it's a lot of standing!)

5.00What can we say about this tour, we have done a few around the world and this has easily been our favourite. Our tour guide Tudor was great, sending us info by what's app before, during and after. We got a great sense of the traditions and superstitions around death in Romania, we visited some great locations and Tudor was full of stories to tell. The school story was especially creepy and you know when you are on a good tour when someone takes a picture of a haunted house and there is nothing there but on the photo there appears to be someone looking out from behind the curtain. And when you are stood outside a witches house and the guid is telling you all about it, a massive branch just crashes and falls in the garden. Tricks of the light and old trees maybe? but who knows what's lurking around the next corner in Bucharest 👻

5.00Really enjoed the trip. Guide Tudor had a lot of knowlidge and many exciting stories to tell. His English was easy to follow. Everything went smoothly from start to the end. Big recommentation for this trip and big thanks for Tudor.

5.00I did the ghost and legends tour with Tudor on a rainy cold night. Despite the weather, the group was in good spirits, eager to hear stories about ghosts, demons, witches, and vampires. Tudor is a very knowledgeable guide who tailors the tours to the tastes of the group, drawing from rich knowledge about all things supernatural and explaining Romanian traditions and beliefs incredibly well. A brilliant spooky tour that led us past fascinating places and maybe a little too close to haunted buildings.
Stop and talked at various places about local folklore, witches, vampires etc. More factual and less gimmicky.

5.00I have probably been on a dozen ghost tours in various cities and this tour was the best one that I have ever been on. Our guide, Tudor, was absolutely amazing and a fantastic storyteller. He was able to tie in stories and landmarks from stops at the very beginning of the tour to the legends told at the end of the tour. These full-circle moments were so cool and it makes you appreciate how unique Romanian folklore and myths are.

5.00This was the best ghost tour I’ve ever been on! Tudor did an absolutely incredible job. He is a wonderful storyteller, and found a way to engage with everyone on the tour. He is kind, considerate, and obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I would recommend everyone to join this tour, and I would love to do it again! Thank you, Tudor!

5.00Ali was a great host! Her knowledge about Romanian history and folklore was impeccable. Really fascinating tour and well worth the money if you're interested in spooky things, would highly recommend!
