Transfer from Bucharest Otopeni Airport. Your driver will meet you as you exit the security area after luggage claim. The meeting point is in front of Segafredo cofee shop located at the first floor of the arrival terminal. For an easy recognition, he will display a name tag (same name as stated on the booking form). Flight delays. In case your flight is delayed, you dont have to worry. We monitor all flights and your driver will wait for you in the airport 60 minutes after your plane lands. Please contact service provider in case you consider that custom formalities and luggage claim may exceed 60 minutes. Transfer from Bucharest Hotel/address. Please consider the meteorological and traffic conditions, as well as the check-in formalities, every time you require a transfer from a specific address (your residence, hotel or office). A pick-up time can be recommended for you. Your driver will transfer you to the airport at the drop off zone in front of the terminal. Luggage: Please check the luggage space available for each transfer type. Prior notification is mandatory for luggage exceeding the luggage space. Service provider reserves the right to decline any luggage exceeding the space of the trunks, for which no prior notification was made. Child seats are free of charge. Please request at time of booking. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the child seat is mandatory.

Private transfer from airport to hotel in Mercedes minivan. My driver told, Mihai, waited patiently for me as it took a long time at baggage claim. He spoke excellent English, was friendly and knowledgeable, and even gave me an impromptu history of Bucharest, and Romania as a whole on the drive into town. I was travelling alone this trip and I felt very safe and comfortable with him. I would HIGHLY recommend him!

Excellent communication. Driver waiting in the terminal at designated location. Driver very courteous and helpful with 2 suitcases and 2 carry on bags. No issues. Highly recommend.

We were four people with four pieces of luggage. We got a van which met our expectations. The driver was on time and the ride to the airport was smooth. One good point was that the taxi company was available on phone and could talk with real people

The booking was simple and easy. Our return trip from Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport to Oneşti, Bacău, went smoothly and without any problems, despite the long journey. The driver arrived promptly and communicated with us on WhatsApp very well. We have used Primus Trans every time we travel to Romania, which is normally 1-3 times a year. Highly recommended.

During our recent trip to Bucharest, my wife and I booked a "standard sedan" with Primus Trans for our hotel-to-airport transfer. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. When the car arrived, it wasn't the "standard sedan" we had reserved but a flashy new Mercedes. The driver explained that there was an issue with the availability of standard cars, so they sent a "Business" car instead. While the car was nice, this was not what we had booked or expected. We made light of the situation, joking about the unexpected luxury, BUT our amusement quickly turned to frustration upon reaching the airport. The driver demanded that we pay the "Business" rate!! This was completely unfair, as the mix-up was THEIR fault, not ours. Instead of providing a complimentary upgrade as any reputable company would, they decided to exploit the situation and OVERCHARGE us. To make matters worse, the driver showed no understanding or remorse for the inconvenience. We were in a rush to catch our flight and had no choice but to pay the inflated fare. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I strongly advise against using Primus Trans. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is appalling. Avoid this company at all costs!
