On this tour you will discover something interesting, fun&adventure with Snowmobiles or ATV Quad Bike in the Carpathian Mountains.
** Before booking, please read the Description, Inclusions and Exclusions.
**The Snowmobiles or ATV users must have available driveing licence and passport with them.
You will rent the Snowmobiles or ATV from the local supplier.
Shared tour, small group
Not suitable for pregnant womens, people with back problems, people with hearth problems, kids unde 18 years, whelchair users.
The snowmobile can be used during 25 December and 15 March, if there is enough snow.
If is no snow the option is ATV Quad Bike.
Those who want to use snowmobiles or ATVs must have a valid driver's license.
For the Snowmobile rental you will pay to the local supplier:

3 Hours ride 170€
The snowmobile&ATVs have 2 seats, can be shared by two persons

Snowmobile ride can be done between 25 of December to 20 of March if to the location is enough SNOW
If in the mountains we dont have enough snow for the Snowmobile, the rid will be made by ATV Quad bike, read in the Description, Inclusions & Exclusions.
The users must have available DRIVEING LICENCE. (you must to have the Driveing Licence with you in oroginal and a valid ID or Passport)

The rental will be payed to the local supplier. (Snowmobile, ATV, BUGGY or Jeep / depending by the weather or by your preferences)
Its like rent a car sistem, you are responsable for the vehicle you rent.
You will have instructions how to use the snowmobile.
You are responsable for the vehicle you rent, so please be carreful for your health, dont crush, and respect the instructions.
Keep distance, and dont make drifts, you ride on snow (same like ice), if you need to pull the brake and you dont have distance, you can slide.
You are responsable, for yourself and rest of the participants. (you must have good level of atention and focus to protect yourself)
Not recommended for kids, pregnant womens, people with health problems, back problems, heart problems, repspiratory problems.
Please note, the duration of the tour may change for reasons beyond our control: road repairs, traffic, road accidents or adverse weather.
Optional stops: Peles Castle, Wednesday Castle & CableCar, depending by program. The tour guide will update you.

5.00Jon messaged the day before with pickup time and instructions. Pick up was directly from our hotel door. It was only myself and my husband so we had an 1to1 tour guide and chauffeur experience. Jon was very educational with lots of stories about Romania. The snowmobile was so much fun and freezing cold. Wear warm clothes! Jon gave us options for afterwards so we are off to the salt mines via coffee. I looked at a few of these experiences on here and messaged a girl that had been last week. We had options of extra clothing at cost but helmets are included. We had to pay the snowmobile directly when arrived with euros. Lads were friendly and kept checking in on the journey. We were done quite quickly because there was only us two. The journey was roughly 2 hours to get there.

5.00The excursion was excellent as was the ATV activity, we enjoyed it very much, we would definitely do it again. The driver who transported us to the activity point from the house where we were staying was polite, smiling and very helpful throughout the trip. He drove safely and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. The van was clean and well maintained. We had a great time and would definitely use him again! 🚐✨

5.00Solo Male Traveler from Oklahoma, USA. I wanted comfort, safety, excitement, and my money well spent for value of what I paid. The snowmobiling was flipping amazing and filled with so much panoramic beauty of nature. You will see super tall evergreens that go along side a river with snow capped high mountains in the background. The castle was magnificent and breath taking. I'd say go inside the castle. It's a work of art inside. After the castle I got a slice of pizza, a mug of hot mulled wine, and smoked a cigarette on the outside patio as I stared at the beautiful castle. You will take so many awesome pictures on this trip. Johnny was a great guide and will share with you as many history stories about the area as you want. Hassle free and I was at peace. I'm an American and I want the best and I got exactly what I paid for. Cheers Johnny until next time!

As soon as I finished booking the trip he contacted me, explained me in detail about the trip and other guidance for the trip. 5.00A fun, fairly priced tour with a very helpful, friendly guide Ionut. More affordable snowmobile hire (from a third party) than other tours I’ve seen. Our tour guide was warm, welcoming and had a lot of info about Romania and the tour itself. Would highly recommend.

5.00Great experience with Jony, who picked us up at our accommodation and took us to the location where we rented the snowmobile. During the trip he told us some curiosities about both the territory and the history, making the time spent together pleasant. We were also able to see the castle where the series 'Wednesday' was filmed and the castle of Peles, also steeped in history. He was also able to advise us for the rest of our stay on where to eat and what was worth seeing in Bucharest. Highly recommended!!

5.00Really wonderful experience! A friend of mine and I booked this tour with Jony and couldn't have made a better choice. He picked us up directly from our accommodation and, on the way to the destination, told us interesting facts and historical notes, making the trip even more engaging. He gave us great advice on what to do, always with great attention to our safety, and even suggested places to eat near our accommodation. At the end of the tour he accompanied us to the picturesque Cantacuzino Castle (known as the “castle of Wednesday Addams”) and the beautiful Peleș Castle, two wonderful places that are definitely worth a visit. It is a complete 360-degree guide: professional, prepared, attentive and always available. We also had a small problem with the clothing, because we were not dressed properly, but he managed to find a solution for that right away. For those looking for a different experience, authentic and well organized, I highly recommend it. Great places and impeccable service!
