5.00Phillip was fantastic. He positioned the group to see the Sunday Flag ceremony with ease of video/photo opportunities. His knowledge was incredible and he helped the navigate the tube with ease. Highly recommend!

1.00I was sent two separate locations to meet the guide. We called Viator to tell them no one was there. We tried to get with the guide prior to them arriving at BP but that didn’t happen. This was the booking most important to us. We were not offered a refund. We were told we were late which was untrue.

1.00This was one of the worst tours I have ever been on in my life. I have travelled a good amount and been on many tours, but this was truly abysmal. First the itinerary that was included stated we had access to Westminster Abbey included in the price, we didn’t so much as even get an explanation as to what it was and didn’t even see it from the outside let alone the inside as was promised. Additionally, the first 2 hours were just walking from 1 end of Green park to the other, and back again to see the Sunday Parade start and finish. Again this was not what was included in the itinerary. The tour guide had no clue what she was talking about or doing nearly the entire 4 hours she was with the group. I would give this tour negative stars if I could it was that bad. I feel like I was lied to, cheated, and scammed, something you may expect in the streets of London, but definitely not on Viator. We stood around waiting for something to happen for nearly 2 hours while watching the horses and parade, and the tour guide said she wasn’t even sure anything was going to happen in the first place. Moreover, the other 2 hours were spent solely walking from one side of the park to that other back and forth 2 times, and then the tube ride to the Tower of London, where the tour guide could not find the group’s tickets for 15 minutes until she handed me her phone and I was easily able to access them. I’m not entirely sure what I paid for with this tour as I could have done this for FREE except Tower of London admission which would have been nominal compared to the exorbitant price I paid for this horrible tour.

5.00Mike was the best guide! Patient, informative and friendly. You can tell how much he loves his job and interacting with people. This tour is a great way to get a lot in over a short period of time. Long enough but not so long you’ll get bored. My teen tolerated it well and had fun.

5.00What a great day we had visiting Buckingham Palace, saw the parade and then went to the Tower of London. Our tour guide was Mike and we could have spent all day with him. So welcoming and knowledgeable. We lucked out and had a small group; only 4 people. We have 3 more tours booked with Viator and hope they are as good as Mike.

3.00Our guide, Mike, was great. He walked us to all the tourist spots and gave our group excellent information. My “complaint” is the price. This tour is listed price starting in the $120.00’, once you book, goes into the $170.00’s. Quite overpriced for a walking tour that didn’t even include the price of tickets for the underground.

4.00Anna was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that we did not see any event at Buckingham Palace as listed on the itinerary. We only got as close as across the street from the Buckingham gates. The tower or London tour is self guided and at your own pace. It’s an expensive tour to not include the changing of the guards experience.
