5.00A great solution to get around Buda and learn about its iconic places. Lots of information and curiosities. You can hear it with headphones (remember to bring them!) or on speakerphone.

1.00No no no no. This was a terrible experience. First on me because I usually get the tickets and go. I didn’t realize until trying to find a ticket or information office that this “experience “ is booked through a 3rd party app. You have to download the app for the audio play. With all the walking we did to try and find the “entrance” I was furious to have been so ill prepared. Next time guided tour.
Avoid it, its misleading.

1.00Misleading and no clear communication on the activity. It asks us to download some app which is confusing too. The gate it asked us for meeting point, no one was there and it was far far away from the actual castle as there were no sign posts or directions where to go and what to do. Money wasted.

5.00It was like walking around with a knowledgeable friend - great experience. I was worried that the guide would be sounded and written by AI. It wasn’t. I heard a real human voice that was pleasant to the ear, all with natural pauses and intonation. And the information was sometimes unexpected, sometimes funny (Had no idea I would encounter Dracula places in Buda! ) Definitely there is a human touch in the product. The app is easy to use, I had no difficulty with downloading the audio guide

5.00I have to say it was a great experience. Did the download of the App before at hotel with WLAN & it did work wonderful , also GPS Does provide nice input of history & details of sights Additional Sights could and should be added such as the hospital in the rocks

1.00This was not a good experience, we did manage ge to locate the starting point of Vienna Gate. Sign posts to the location were non existent. We tried thr link we were given to the app for help but it did not recognise our booking reference so we never .managed to use the walking audio guide. It was a waste of money!

At the time of purchase it was not clear if the inputs were included and the information received was initially inaccurate. It is necessary to specify better that the visit of the interior of the castle and the church is not planned.
