The ship is large we were during winter so standing on the deck on top was not an option. On the main floor the seating is set in a way where only a small amount of people can see the sights (mind you it is sight seeing cruise) On top of that explanation started while were docking so by the time we got to see the sights it was talking about it was about 10-15 later
Decent Trip but Disappointing Organization and Cold Weather

The trip itself was decent, but the boarding process was poorly organized and quite chaotic. There were also not enough seats inside the boat, forcing many passengers to stay on the open upper deck, in a cold and windy weather. This made the experience quite uncomfortable.

Nothing special. I would provide the headphones with audio guide as in Amsterdam and Krakow. The phone is uncomfortable

Good service. Must-see on the trip to Budapest. The lord of access a little unpleasant but the rest very nice if I return I will repeat

Motorboat not very large and for this reason on board there was no crowding. We enjoyed the mini cruise on the Danube from the comfort of our seats.

I went on this cruise, having been on previous ones operated by different companies and this one was a HUGE disappointment. The boarding process was poorly executed. The instructions on the reservation said to meet at the dock that had the star line cruise sign… my friend and I showed up more than 20 minutes before boarding (in hopes of getting a good seat) at said dock entrance only to figure out the line they were actually checking people in from was from the exit door of the ship. So despite being one of the first people there, we were at the BACK of the queue and as a result, had terrible seats at the back of the upper deck. What made me even more irate was that our view was obstructed by this rickety lifeboat that not only was an eyesore but looked completely decrepit (could it not be stored elsewhere?). Secondly, there were WAY too many people crammed in what was a TINY boat. You could barely hear the tour over the speakers due to the low volume and the conversations of all the travellers (the app wasn’t loading). People were jumping overtop of each other and reaching over us to take pictures which made the experience even LESS enjoyable. This tour offered NOTHING, not even a complimentary glass of water (let alone champagne or Prosecco)… I would say “you get what you paid for” but this tour was not cheap compared to other boat tours I have done that have offered complimentary champagnes and UNLIMITED PROSECO (and water) for the same/similar price. Do not do this cruise. Spend the extra 2-3€ and do the unlimited Prosecco cruise or anything from Legenda. Both were far better than this one in every aspect.

Nignt sight seeing cruise was fantastic. One drink was included. Looking at the buildings on little, from inside a warm boat, with a beer in hand was perfect

Great tour by Silverline from Dock 11. Saw all necessary points of interest. Lower deck had itinery. Would have been useful to have itinerary available to those sat on upper deck as well. Pleasant staff.

On the boat that we boarded at 17:30, maybe a little small but still enough for all passengers, except for those who were overdressed, upstairs there was a breeze a little cool and annoying, also at the start with very dim light on the deck barely we were able to see a QR that represented the way to download an audio guide (excellent enough to know before ). Around 6 pm we got off in many at the bottom of the boat, where there was a warmth all too pleasant. the fantastic crossing attendants with smiles and kindness asked everyone if they wanted a drink. honest prices and fast Service. in general Service ratio good price.
