  There was no narration of the sites we were seeing on the river. The food was fair to good, but the service was slow.

  We enjoyed the Danube River Cruise a lot. The food was well presented and served in a timely manner. The choices were excellent and tasty. The soup could have been a little hotter and the cheese cake a larger portion. Lost a star as I was charged US$ over 4.00 for a refill of my coke zero when the ad said soft drinks included.

  Exciting and wonderful tour. Everything I needed for dinner on the Danube. Careful staff and extraordinary boat. It's worth it

  We had an amazing time on this experience. The food and drink was incredible and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The views of the landmarks in the dark were also breathtaking. Highly recommend .

  This was far beyond what we anticipated. The food and wine were excellent, the service top notch, and the open air Danube cruise sensational!

  After a warm welcome, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated on the upper deck. The view is simply stunning. After that, everything flowed wonderfully: the welcome drink, the meal, the service, all during the stroll. Congratulations to the very professional and pleasant crew. • Very disorganized/chaotic experience

  We were running a couple minutes late for the start of our trip. We contacted the agent and they said they would wait for us. We got there. Ran to the #7 loading dock and there was a huge line of people going down to the boats. We waited in line because we thought all those people were waiting like us. No one was available to ask questions. Ultimately we found someone and asked and told us to rush down to gate 1. Got to gate 1 another line of people waiting. While waiting in line we see our boat leave. When we asked they had no explanation just apologies. No opportunity for refund just rebooking option for another day. We rearranged our schedule to rebook but the whole experience left a bitter taste.
