5.00I had an unforgettable walking tour in Budapest with George, and I can confidently say it was one of the most immersive cultural experiences I’ve ever had. He took me through the iconic Central Market Hall, guiding me across vibrant sections of the fruits and vegetable market, the fish market, and the meat market, each with its own unique atmosphere and stories. Throughout the tour, George introduced me to over 20 different food tastings — from authentic local specialties to beautifully selected wines and traditional drinks. What made every tasting special was the rich cultural and historical context he shared behind each dish. He didn’t just feed me food; he fed me stories, traditions, and a deep appreciation of Hungarian cuisine. A moment I will always remember is when George took me to a restaurant and arranged for me to try foie gras. I’ve dreamed of tasting foie gras for years, and I never imagined I would finally have this experience in Budapest. Thanks to George, that long-awaited dream became a reality. George is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and truly passionate about local culture and food. 5.00George introduced us to different Hungarian dishes while explaining the illustrated origins of several anecdotes. All the tastings were excellent outside the hordes of tourists. To do absolutely empty stomach in order to enjoy fully. Let us guide you and George also recommended several places to visit during our stay. His English is excellent.

5.00We had a great time with George, tried lots of new things and learnt loads about Hungarian food, wine and culture. He added some nice personal elements to the tour and we talked his ears off for 3 hours. We highly recommend George and his fearsome beard.

5.00Went with my friends on a work trip - George is an amazing host and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. He's funny as well, which helps alot when meeting alot of strangers at once! 10/10 recommend, it was a highlight of the trip and we talk about till today. :)
