We arrived at the dock at 7:01 pm for a 7 pm cruise. Sophie cut us off saying “you are late… you can’t go. Well IF you give me a 5 star review on Google Maps, I’ll let you get on the next boat and not charge you extra”. Not cool at all. The boat was crowded, noisy and no lights were on at 830 when we finished. To top it off, when we docked, we saw people who were 5 min late getting on the boat. It might help for you to say “PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 minutes early as we leave promptly at 7”. Choose a different company.
