We had a fantastic 2.5-hour guided walking tour of the Buda side of Budapest, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide, Attila, was knowledgeable, engaging about the city’s history and culture. He struck a great balance between sharing historical context and pointing out interesting details we definitely would have missed on our own. The pace of the tour was comfortable, with enough time to take in the views and ask questions without ever feeling rushed.

This was a fabulously informative tour. Victoria was very knowledgeable and opened our eyes to what is clearly a slightly chaotic history. If you want your history ‘Disneyfied’ and broken to you gently, this probably isn’t for you! Victoria gave you the facts, and they weren’t sugar coated. Really enjoyable, would highly recommend to give you a good insight into the Hungarian mindset.

Our guide, Victoria, was a wealth of knowledge! She shared so much history and kept us engaged the whole time. She also warned us about scammers and pickpockets before we entered areas where they’re especially active. Only negative is that the tour started about 10 minutes late, but everything else ran smoothly. Thank you, Victoria!
