This is a fixed package experience. Discounted non-alcoholic, child, student, or senior ticket options are not available. The included beverage selection is fixed and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or individually modified on board.

Guests who prefer not to drink alcohol are welcome. Non-alcoholic sparkling wine and non-alcoholic beer may be available if requested in advance. Please notify us in writing during booking or before your cruise.

Please allow enough time to arrive. Traffic jams, weekend road closures, and limited parking are common near the Danube. We recommend using public transport and planning your journey with the BudapestGO app. If you take a taxi, we recommend using official providers such as Bolt, Uber, or Főtaxi. Hungary has a strict zero-tolerance drink-driving policy. If you plan to consume alcohol, please do not drive after the cruise. Parking electric scooters at the docks is strictly prohibited by law. Please use official parking areas only.

The cruise is scheduled for 75 minutes. Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure.

Seating is first-come, first-served. We recommend arriving early for the smoothest boarding experience.

Guests booked under the same reservation must arrive and board together. If your group purchased tickets separately, the whole party should arrive and enter the boarding process together to increase the chance of travelling on the same vessel. During busy periods, multiple boats may depart at similar times. Travelling on the same vessel can only be guaranteed if the group boards together.

Toilets are available during the cruise. Please plan ahead, as restrooms are closed once docking begins so the crew can prepare the vessel for the next departure.

Shirts and footwear must be worn at all times. Walking barefoot or shirtless on the vessel is not permitted.

Budapest’s decorative city lights turn off at 11:00 PM during summer time / DST and at 10:00 PM during winter time.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult to join the cruise and are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol on board, regardless of the legal drinking age in their home country. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over. A valid physical passport or national ID card may be required for age verification. Student IDs and driving licences are not accepted.

Please drink responsibly and know your limits. We recommend eating a proper meal before boarding or purchasing snacks at the onboard bar. Unlimited lemonade and water are available throughout the cruise.

We reserve the right to deny boarding without refund to guests who arrive visibly intoxicated. During the cruise, the crew may refuse further alcohol service to guests who become excessively intoxicated, behave inappropriately, or disturb others. In serious cases, disruptive guests may be removed from the vessel at the nearest available dock, handed over to local authorities, and the incident may result in further legal and criminal proceedings.

Accessibility for guests with mobility, visual, or hearing impairments varies by vessel and dock. Please contact us in advance to confirm whether your specific departure is suitable and how our crew can best assist you.

Our cruises sail 364 days a year (except December 24th), rain or shine, and are only cancelled in the event of an official maritime authority ban. Our vessels feature panoramic indoor lounges that are fully heated during the winter months. During the summer season, depending on the specific vessel, our indoor lounges are either fully air-conditioned or naturally cooled by opening the large panoramic windows to welcome the fresh river breeze. Please dress appropriately for the weather if cooler conditions are expected.
