This exceed my expectations i was expecting bus like inside but it was more of a bar feel. The views were incredible and the hosts were amazing interacting throughout the cruise

Booking, payment and general information about the cruise were very good and tickets arrived in the app without issue. However, information on where to board the cruise was non-existent (except for a generic address) so on the night, despite leaving plenty of time, we (along with many other people) nearly missed the departure because there was NO information on where the boat was docked! After, firstly going in the wrong direction along the river bank, we then preceded to board two boats which we did not have tickets for until thankfully a crew member on the second boat told us he thought our boat was in dock number 6! At the time we were at dock 2 and we had to run to make sure we got there in time. Once on board, the cruise itself was beautiful and well worth doing as you got to see the fantastic sights along the river, most of which were beautifully lit up. It is just a shame the overall experience was spoilt due to the lack of boarding information. A simple note on the ticket would solve this.

Booked this experience on Tripadvisor as I had seen great things on TikTok. The port was easy to find on google maps you just search for ‘BudaBestBoat’. We arrived with plenty of time to spare, the queue got big very quickly. The staff were lovely welcoming us with a glass of Prosecco, and there was lots of seating upstairs and down. The boat was very clean too. Multiple cocktail options not just aperol spritz. Lasted 70 mins and there was music onboard and even share facts about what we were seeing. I would recommend for the price, unlimited drinks and experience.

The trip took place in the last week of November (including Black Friday). The city is prepared for Christmas, there are Christmas markets with mulled wine and good food. Hungarians love to eat well, offer sausages, duck drumsticks, boiled potatoes, etc.. Cheap will not be. The weather was from 0 to +5 degrees, some days of rain. The sun began to shine on the day of departure :(

Get experience, they made sure you cup was full the whole time. Loved every second would 1000% recommend! We went at 7:15 and was one of the best times to do it

We did the 5:30pm cruise so we could see all the lights at night. It was a busy cruise but split over 3 levels it did not feel busy. Maybe different if raining. The cruise was nice and relaxing and seats were comfortable and staff friendly . The drinks were easy to get refills with Prosecco being brought around to table which was unexpected. Beer was good and no real queue and spritzers help yourself from tap which were a little watery but nice. Views were lovely, nice and warm on the cruise.

It was a great start to our trip. Very accommodating to us with luggage as we had just arrived late by plane. Drinks were great and easy to get. Very festive and a lot of fun with other patrons. A solid 75 minutes on a boat with many windows for viewing.

Beautiful view of both sides of the river, in november it was really cold outside be sure to wear cloves and scarf. Overall a really nice experience

We had so much fun on this river cruise. The Prosecco was beautiful & the view, wow. I read lots of reviews before & everyone said you must see Budapest from the river at night, they weren’t wrong. Stunning! All the staff were so friendly & the atmosphere was great.

Unfortunately it was raining heavily and when queuing before they allowed you on board there is no cover. We were handed a glass of prosecco as we got on board. It should have been explained that you then had to go to the bar for refills we thought they came around to refill your glass. Great views of parliament building all lit up at night. Cost £20 pp well worth the money.
