  We took a taxi to the meeting point (across the river from our hotel.) Once there, a man from another boat pointed out a small piece of paper on a pole that had a QR code that had the new meeting point on it. The new meeting point was back across the river, so we had to pay for a SECOND taxi to get there. There was no communication from Viator about the new meeting point. There were about 30 other people at the original meeting point that probably missed the boat. We tried to communicate with them but they didn’t speak English. Once on the boat, it was a fantastic cruise.

  The booking details doesn't specify which port the boat leaves from. Lots of people had difficulty finding the right one. It should be more clearly stated which port it is. Not just which dock. Overall staff were friendly and the views were incredible.

  Far exceeded our expectations! We sat downstairs and the area was lovely and comfy. Got a table by the window no problem. Greeted with a glass of prosecco and the waiter came around and topped your glass up constantly. Also beer, aperol spritz, strawberry bellini and elderflower bellini were available as well as soft drinks. There was never a queue at the bar so got served straight away. They also come around offering snacks at an extra price. Great music, some audio information at noteworthy sites along the way and just a great vibe. Would definitely recommend!

  A complete Miss-Sell 90 minutes turned into 75 minutes due to late departure and early arrival back at dock. Drinks were stopped at 20 minutes before we docked back.

  Fantastic trip. It was a young crowd who wete having a blast. If your boring and dull this isnt for you. The views are out of this world, we did a nighttime trip and so glad we did. We sat inside on the 2nd floor but kept popping outside for better pics. Our glass was never empty with prosecco or flavored spritzes. There is beer on the 3rd floor too. The manager of the boat was so welcoming and friendly. He recommended some restaurants for us to try in town. We are in our 50's and had a great time . 10 stars.

  Great cruise. Staff were lovely and polite. We sat downstairs which was very comfortable and great views. Topped up with prosecco but no queues at the bar if you wanted something other than prosecco. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again!

  The boat experience was excellent; I would highly recommend booking an evening slot. We had some stunning views at evening and the city looks so beautiful at night. The trip itself was narrated but not excessively so and the communication from the team in advance of our trip was fantastic, allowing us to plan our day appropriately
