  Overall great experience! I went solo and had a nice time. It was relaxing and there were plenty of drinks. I couldn’t really hear the announcements of places we passed over the group next to me so I followed along on Google Maps. You definitely want to arrive no less than 15 min early to get a spot inside by the window but there is a lot of space so I wouldn’t worry too much. The “cheese platter” was okay/good but there were no crackers. I’d plan to eat dinner before or after

  Fab experience! I’m not a drinker but the unlimited lemonade was stunning and my partner loved the selection of beers and the prosecco. The views are insane and so much better at night time. It’s worth every penny and lasts longer than I expected!

  A great way to see some of the sights and was we were quite impressed with how the inside of the boat was warm, cosy and furnished like a nice bar. Despite the server spending most of his time on the other side of the boat chatting and joking with different tables of girls until he kept running out of Prosecco (we didn’t even get a polite smile out of him) we were still able to serve ourselves with other drinks at the bar, and it ended up being great value for money in the end. The night was almost ruined by a rude female staff member with a horrible attitude, but fortunately we didn’t really see much of her. The rest of the team were polite and took care to make everyone safe despite the snow and ice. We also struggled to hear some of the information about the landmarks due to the noise onboard, which was a shame. Overall, not a bad experience, but some of the staff need training.

  We absolutely loved this boat tour! The views were stunning, the drinks were great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a fun and relaxing way to experience the river views. Everything was well organized and the atmosphere on board was fantastic. Our only small complaints were that the bathroom door didn’t lock. And that the tour ended way too quickly! We almost booked it again! Overall, an amazing experience and one of the highlights of our trip. We would 100% recommend it.

  Great experience if you’d like a good table I’ll get there early about 30 minutes early, but if you want to get your moneys worth it close to a bar.

  The tables are very tight. Otherwise the rest was great, the music was good and at the right volume, the drinks were very good, the scenery was splendid

  Stunning cruise along the river. The views were spectacular. Well worth it. We done the 1930 slot and it was so special. Drinks were great too.

  Perfect way to see the sights at night time all lit up . The lovely young girl was so polite and filled up our glasses when they were empty
