  Roberto, Pedro and Marc created the most magical 3 days of our lives other than my wedding day and the birth of my 2 children. They curated the most idyllic tours for our family from waterfalls, secret lakes and cheese fondue over an open fire to convertible cable cars over the majestic landscape of Switzerland and an e-bike tour around Lake Lucerne with chocolate and champagne to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Their personalities and enthusiasm for their country, their people and their business were the cherry on top. Riccardi Travel is the fusion between excellence and passion. • The best of Switzerland in 5 days!

  This is the one & only tour you need to book if you are wanting to see the best parts of Switzerland. Roberto created the most spectacular custom itinerary for my 5 day trip and organized every detail from the start of my journey, right to the end. I wanted to relax, hike, eat and see some beautiful landscapes and Roberto planned it all so perfectly. He arranged an airport pickup and drop-off and even helped to find suitable accommodation in the heart of Luzern which I would recommend as you get the best of both worlds - the charming city & Old Town combined with stunning Lake Lucerne and picturesque mountain views from below and above! We took the steepest funicular in Switzerland and had one of many unforgettable hikes. We also caught the steepest elevator in Europe in Burgenstock which takes you to the top of Lucerne with a breathtaking view. The highlight was visiting the secret lake with fondue - a true Swiss experience you must do once in your life. I also got to see some hidden gems on an E-Cargo bike tour around Lake Lucerne where there were no tourists and it was so peaceful. We finished the trip with a hike to the top of Mt Rigi and picnic - it was bliss. Words will never be enough to describe the beauty of Switzerland - you just need to book this tour & let Roberto handle the rest. He went above & beyond, always willing to help and always coming through with an unexpected surprise. I won't give too much away, you just need to experience it for yourself - you won't regret it. • Unbelievable experience

  I never bother writing reviews. Seems like a lot of extra work. Nevertheless, this tour absolutely merits the time and effort. After the hospitality, education, and experience provided by Roberto, it is the least I can do. Lucern is probably among the most spectacular places that I have ever visited. The sights are breathtaking. It is truly paradise. However, what impressed me the most was the combination of Roberto’s knowledge of the area, his ability to communicate the beauty in a way that is unique and genuine, and the hidden gems that would otherwise remain unknown to the general traveler. If you are thinking about it, from one traveler to another, stop and just do it. It is well worth it and definitely an experience that is impossible without this specific tour.   My partner and I had an absolutely amazing tour experience with Ricardo. He’s incredibly personable, extremely knowledgeable about Switzerland and, specifically, the Lucerne area, and chose some great spots for us to see. We spent a total of three days with him.   It is my third trip to Switzerland and to meet new places I decided to organize my adventure with Riccardi Travel. Roberto’s ability to design a world-class program that skillfully combines entertainment and tourism was truly unparalleled. He had an uncanny ability to anticipate our interests and needs and gave us an experience that exceeded our expectations. Their planning skills were impeccable and we never felt rushed or bored during the tour. Roberto’s knowledge and perceptions of culture, history, architecture and beyond were truly extraordinary. He had an in-depth knowledge of the city’s past, present and future, and was very skilled at presenting this information in a lively and engaging way for everyone on the road. We learned a lot about the city and its people, and we were excited about Roberto’s Capacity (in covers) to answer all our questions with ease and enthusiasm. What really distinguishes Roberto from other tour guides (in the world) is his sincerity. It has such a genuine and positive energy that it radiates all the time that made the tour so much more enjoyable and revealing. His sense of humor filled the entire journey with many joyful laughs; his kindness and thoughtfulness made us feel special and valued. We were grateful to have come across him and had the opportunity to spend the day with such an amazing person.
