You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter.

You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.

Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.

Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays

Make sure you hold on to your information on how to get to the building - through the Dubai Mall. Also, make sure you have the information on which entry to use, only great cab drivers know where to drop you off (of course, our driver dropped us off what felt like a 2 mile walk from where we should have been dropped off!). Download whatever info you are sent once you pay for your event, my sister friend and I weren't able to get Wi-Fi connectivity near the Dubai Mall area before the taxi driver dropped us off - which meant we had to go at least a mile or so by foot to even get to the building. Once there, my friend still couldn't bring up her information, we got an assist from a wonderful customer service rep at the front desk of the Burj Khalifa to get in. Know when we got our Viator entry tickets? We saw them on our phones AFTER our 9 p.m. entry time. I guess there was an issue with the time different - we were on Dubai time which is 9 hours ahead of US time!

We truly enjoyed our visit. We went early in th morning with the first available time slot. There were still alot of people there but everyone was friendly and considerate for viewing, photo-taking and video. The lines were super short and the gift shop had some really nice memorabilia as well. I was very happy with the visit and so were the others in my party. I hope to return and go visit the other floors in the future. Also, make sure to check the forecast right as we were leaving, a massive fog or sand situation blew in and obstructed all the views, so be cognizant of that when scheduling your visit.

Informative tour on the history of the tower and breath-taking views of the city. They did not rush you, which was appreciated. Plenty of souvenirs from the tower were available.

Tour was nice. Wait time to get in is still too long with premium tickets. However, if you don’t go that route you will be waiting even longer. It took us over an hour to get to the 148th floor even though our tickets were VIP.
