You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter.
You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.
Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays

Your journey begins when you step into the 'At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY lounge', from where you will be personally escorted to a dedicated elevator. SKY is the newest attraction to open in the Burj Khalifa on floors 125 and 148. This makes SKY the world’s highest observation deck. The new public observation deck stands at a height of 555 meters.

5.00Of course, it is better to have taken your tickets in advance, plus they are cheaper on the Net. The second advantage is that you avoid the queue when buying tickets at the foot of the tower. The organization of the queues was a bit chaotic at first because there was a crazy world, most people had their tickets. Everything has returned to order as if by miracle. Premium access allows access to a private lounge (with tea, orange juice, etc.) but especially the view on the 148th floor is incredible. Of course it is more expensive than in the 124th but there are far fewer people and so we can fully enjoy this incredible experience. The construction of this tower is a technological feat hardly equalled, "the extraordinary union of technique and art". This tower is like a great lady watching over the city. It was a great moment of emotion and humility for us. Moreover, in the evening, with the splendid spectacle of the fountains, the tower lights up blue and returns to gray when the show is over. I recommend reading the panels during the queue, they explain the construction of the tower and also a panel that explains what the Tower means to Dubai ("I am Burj Khalifa"). This reading gives me shivers every time. Beautiful!!!

4.00We had the Burj Khalifa At The Top ticket with Optional Premium Access, but it still took us over an hour to get upstairs. We missed the sunset by about 10 minutes. It was a beautiful view but very crowded.

4.00It was a good experience. The only issue is I’m older and I walked an hour and a half to get to this event. After that, I stood for another hour waiting to get up to the top. Once I was at the top, it was fine. Just a heads up that there is a lot of standing

3.00We had to wait in line for almost 2 hours before we got to the top and an hour before we got back down. I expect there was a cruise ship planned there, they have to organize this differently.

4.00The view was magnificent. Despite the booked time slot we queued for 2 hours, even the way down took about 45 minutes waiting time because the elevators went only sporadically. You should think carefully beforehand when to visit Burj Khalifa, so that there is still enough time for the other highlights. For us that was a great pity because there was not enough time left for the other attractions in the Mal.
