5.00Excellent! Hands on and tailored for our family's needs. Jino was a wonderful guide who expertly showed us parts of Busan we've never seen before. Highly recommend Buuk restaurant, famoys for their pork soup, and exploring the historic and beautiful Huendae beach. What an amazing experience. We took a one day KTX trip to Busan from Seoul. Don't miss out on Busan. Thank you, Jino and BK, for your care, expertise, and preparedness!

5.00The tour operator was great organizing a last minute tour for us, as we needed to kill some time prior taking a train to Seoul. I really appreciated it. Iceman was kind and very punctual. He drop us at the train station after the tour. I will recommend this tour.

He was proficient in English, gave excellent suggestions on places to go, helped us take pictures, a safe driver and also gave excellent suggestions on where to go! We covered so much in 1 day and really made the most of our time! I highly recommend this tour to make your time in Busan go further!

5.00Excellent communication before the trip. BK got in touch with me not long after the booking was confirmed. He provided a list of suggested itineraries to choose. On the day itself, my guide, Sang, was super. He is a Busan local. Polite, knowledgeable, energetic, making sure we thoroughly enjoyed the day out with him. He was flexible throughout and took time to explain all questions we had. Highly recommended.

5.00We went Busan on a whole day ~8 hours tour with Sang under BK team. It was worth every single cents as we were able to see and experience many beautiful places with the least amount of time and effort. Sang was extremely helpful and thoughtful and went out of the way to find a nice restaurant for our lunch. Will highly recommend this tour if you are going Busan for a short period of time.

5.00We had an absolutely fantastic personalised guided tour around Busan. This was actually my second time touring with our guide, Sang, and once again he exceeded all expectations. Sang is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and has a natural way of putting everyone at ease from the very beginning. Travelling as a large family of 12, including several young children, can be challenging, but the tour was perfectly paced and thoughtfully organised so everyone felt comfortable and included. We visited the Songdo Cable Car, explored the colourful streets of Gamcheon Culture Village, and enjoyed a delicious lunch at Jagalchi Market, which was a real highlight for both the adults and kids. There was also plenty of excitement and fun at Thrill on the Mug, adding a real sense of thrill to the day without ever feeling rushed or stressful. Sang’s patience, flexibility, and genuine care made this experience truly special. It felt less like a tour and more like spending the day with a local friend who genuinely wanted us to fall in love with Busan. Highly recommended—especially for families travelling with young children.
