On the day we bought our tickets for, the park was only open from 3pm-9pm. But due to inclement weather, at 7:00, they announced that the park would be closing at 7:30. And even though we were in the 'front car' line at Alpengeist at 6:55, we were told that we had to get out of that line and ride in another empty row other than the front or we wouldn't be able to ride at all. The interactive map was hard to work and some attractions weren't labeled on the map at all. We saw a building on the map that we were approaching that looked like a warehouse... Only to find out that it was an attraction that wasn't even labeled as an indoor coaster. Because we've never been to that park, we spent most of our time trying to figure out how to get from point a to point b. A lot of attractions were not operating. Some were due to annual maintenance. Some were down due to maintenance issues. And some were down due to low staffing. Add them all up and it seems like maybe 60-70% of the park was operational. The staff we talked to, in the shops, were pleasant.

Visitors process was so easy to get tickets and get into the park! The park itself is still so expensive, and the rides and shows were hit or miss.

The tickets were all good, but the Viator rep said parking was included, but it was not ($30). Also we did not know the tickets were good for both Busch Gardens and Water Country...we may have planned differently. When I continued looking at the Viator website after purchasing the tickets, I found Busch Garden tickets for almost $10 less than what I just paid!

Lost $1,000 with these people and can’t get that back. Couldn’t log into the app and costumer service wouldn’t help
