We ask about their preferred pickup and drop-off locations, whether they’d like to include a lunch stop, if they need to finish the tour early, and any special requests or preferences. After finalizing these details with the customer, your guide reaches out to confirm the pickup address and time, as well as their preferred beverages for the trip. On the day of the tour, the guide and driver pick up the customer and proceed with the personalized itinerary. At the end of the tour, the customer is dropped off at their chosen location—usually the original pickup point, but this can vary based on their preference.
