5.00Lots of fun and the guides make sure you are safe at all times, I was a little concerned as I thought I was not as fit as I used to be and I had recently turned 60. There was no issue you went as fast or slow as you wanted and the guides were always close if you needed assistance.

5.00Awesome way to experience the rainforest area. A lazy float down the river with some mild grade 1-2 rapids. Travelled with my 8 year old child and never felt like they were in any danger thanks to the experienced and knowledgeable guides. Come with your togs on/under and have a towel/change of clothes handy for after!

Serious Safety Concern for Young Children

1.00The river tubing experience itself can be fun, but based on our experience I do not believe this activity is suitable for young children or non-swimmers as advertised. At one bend with strong current and fallen bushes, our tubes flipped and the water pressure pushed us underwater, making it difficult to breathe. Even as adults in our 30s we struggled to regain control and both sustained minor injuries. Adventure activities naturally involve risk, but situations where participants cannot reliably keep their head above water raise serious safety concerns. I strongly suggest reconsidering the claim that this activity is suitable for children as young as five.
